We have done mulitple email camaigns over the last 18 months with ReachEngine. There team has worked with us every step of the way to identifying possible markets to target to designing the actual artwork on the mailer.
The follow up reports provided by ReachEngine have helped in closing numerous sales. We have gotten more bang for our marketing buck working with ReachEngine

The Data Captive team, led by Hanji Ranjan, was very good to work with. They executed a full campaign with several hundred thousand email addresses in a timely fashion with minimal effort on my part. Exactly what I was looking for.

It would be helpful to have greater visibility into how the platform works so that, as a client, I can develop a deeper understanding of what actions I can take on my end to help improve campaign results.

ReachEngine has been our dashboard for the past few years and is easy to access, with highly effective charts and graphs to keep our business on track. Working with Shohebali Choudhari has also made this easy and useful. He has hands down been the best partner for us in the organization over our several years of working with the company. He's been instrumental for building better campaigns, providing expert advice and creative problem solving. He's professional and focused so that we land better results, faster.

Shohebali and his team has been very helpful, responsive, and diligent in managing my email campaigns for the last six months. I would recommend him and his team to anyone.

We have had a very positive experience with ReachEngine and Hanji Ranjan in particular. They are punctual, responsive, communicate well, and provide excellent customer service.

These guys did a good job, we were not prepared on our end and that made for some bumps along the way, but we worked through them.

One of the worst companies I've ever had the mis-pleasure of dealing with.
I spent a lot of money on an email list of 21000 names and not 1 of them was any good.
I contacted them, and ever single thing they promised they messed up or didn't deliver.

The list was not as robust as they indicated. We used an email system on the list and it came back with only 20% of the list being deliverable....... Then the email campaign tool cancelled our subscription due to the high number of problems with the list.

I am very surprised they are still in business to be honest.
