I feel completely misled by ordering made to measure curtains on a quoted delivery time of 14-21 days. I now realise the curtains are not made in the UK, this was not explicitly stated and the delivery time is longer than advised when placing my order. I have complained but am unable to gain a straightforward answer of why my order is delayed or even where the curtains are being made. All I get is stock answers via email. The Customer Service is great when ordering samples and these are sent from the UK but then the Customer Service changes, this is unacceptable. Nearly 3 weeks after placing my order I received an email stating my curtains are ‘queued for production’. I have not identified what that means, but I have requested my order be cancelled as I do not wish to trade with a company that is unclear in its trading practices. Today the 24March filling repeat requests to Curtains2Go I have finally been told their production unit is in Vietnam. This is misleading customer service and does not meet Consumer Rights.
I have today 25 March requested cancellation of order and full refund as not prepared to continue with the poor service.

Terrible Customer service responses. Constantly uses AI to reply....and the AI bot has admitted it cannot answer my query. The bot writes back to say they've escalated my query to a human but the humans never respond. Their website doesn't offer the answer to my question. How am I supposed to order £700 wave curtains without the correct information? Would they rather remake them if the measurements are wrong? I don't get it but it seems they just don't have enough humans fielding questions. It's very frustrating as I would've put the order in ages ago if they would just respond.

Great price for a large pair of curtains 340 x 230 full thermal lining. Quality is amazing. Delivered in just over 2 weeks. Really happy with my purchase.

The 1st time I have used curtains to go .
After shopping round to find that they were the cheapest .
Told you how to measure for them which I find very scary.
No worries they guarantee to make to another pair if they are not right.
Know Need to worrie they came and fit perfectly look amazing.
Great quality.

I have just spoken to customer service before ordering a pair of curtains to check how wide the curtains will be, eg will each curtain be twice the width of the track as usual. After getting past the AI chat bot and waiting to speak to someone I was amazed and frustrated to find he was polite but clueless about the curtains, he didn't understand my question and had to ask someone. I don't blame him, I do blame his lack of training. The website gives the impression that customer service is knowledgable and helpful. Not the case. I've decided not to order with this company after reading some of the other reviews and the frustrations others had.

I chose a Sanderson fabric from the huge range on the website, with a blackout lining. The curtains arrived, on schedule, carefully folded in a sturdy box. The quality of the fabric and liner is excellent, as is the manufacturing. They look beautiful - and a perfect fit. Many thanks.

I can’t recommend this company enough. Amazing! From ordering to receiving, finding out I had made a wrong measurement, I was treated with courtesy and respect. No problem, my curtains were replaced with correct measurement. The quality of the needlework is beautiful. Thank you.

Excellent customer service from every person I dealt with. I made a big mistake with measuring and they dealt with it so quickly and efficiently and curtains are lovely. 100% recommend this company

Do not buy from this company. We ordered made-to-measure curtains with a motor and remote, and nothing worked as advertised. The instructions were useless and we had to search online just to figure out how to pair the motor and remote.

The motors didn’t work, so we contacted the company and were promised replacements. They never arrived, and we had to chase them. When a second set finally came, they also didn’t work despite following the instructions exactly.

Customer service was appalling and completely unhelpful. The issue dragged on for so long that we had to seek legal advice and send a formal letter just to make progress. We’ve wasted a huge amount of time and money installing the rail, and when we return the curtains we’ll be left with holes in the wall.

A terrible company and an expensive mistake.

I ordered some velvet curtains, not cheap, for 2 large windows. When the curtains were hung I noticed strange horizontal banding in the material of 1 set. I contacted the company who promised a remake that would be delivered asap. Weeks later, nothing, I contacted the company and they said I should hang the curtains so the marks would drop out. Interesting as the photos I sent were of them hanging. Contacted them again to say they were hanging and it made no difference. Reply was they were passing it back to their production team. This has been 6 weeks of emails back and forth, and I am still left with substandard goods. Avoid this company!

First visit of curtains arrived with blackout lining I did not like the quality of the lining. Wanted to order more with thermal lining. Customer service is so bad I could not get a sample of this just a picture and that took three weeks. Online chat and ai chat etc eventually speak to a human by phone and they are from SE Asia polite but totally ineffective no new order placed. I give up with this company

New curtains arrived and there are multiple patches on the material where the sparkle is missing and the material is dull. I have sent these pictures to the company and they have told me to get my brand new curtains DRY CLEANED instead! There are NO stains, but the material should have sparkly lines all over it yet it does not. The material is not up to scratch. I'm absolutely fuming at this company and will tell everyone I know never to use them. I have to get 8 new sets of curtains for my house so won't be using you again I'll go to John Lewis. VILE

once they have your money they dont want to help. call center is usless, sent me info on blinds when my issue was with curtains. Wrong parts sent out to replace faulty items, then replacement item still not up to the job. AVOID AVOID AVOID. I am going to take legal action via the nottingham head office as the indian call center is a complete waste of time. Today still on hold after 50 mins and have not got through to a real person so far. Disgusting service.

Ordered curtains in mid November. Never arrived and have now had an email to say they will be dispatched mid February?
No response to my emails. I’ve spent £500 on curtains that haven’t arrived. Super frustrating as I have moved into a new property and now have no curtains in my bedroom with no idea when they will arrive.

Extremely disappointing experience. Ordered samples 12/11/25. Still nothing received. Communication only through their bot which is useless. Thinking not to proceed with order since many similar reviews when people ordered curtains and never received them. Customer service also looks like the company is not interested in new customers.

I decided to buy curtains from here made to measure and fit them myself after previously ordering the wrong size from another company. I took a chance just by looking at the image on the site and I received my curtains a few days ago and they are perfect! Beautiful texture and they look very expensive. I paid just under £500 which is still a couple of hundred pounds cheaper than previously quoted and I’m so glad I did. Highly recommend.
