I'm giving four stars at the moment as the curtains haven't arrived yet. I have bought made-to-measure curtains before from Curtains2Go and they were top quality. Today I found I could buy the curtains online but not one of the promised free poles, so needed help. Adviser Vidhya was very professional, sorted it out quickly and I'm looking forward to receiving my order. However, I do wish the company would finetune its chatbot so callers with specific questions relating to orders can talk to a human being without going round in circles. I had an earlier query about fabrics and escaping the persistent AI was painful.

Before ordering browsed online and also compared prices with traditional well known high street shops. Ordered samples which were dispatched very swiftly.
Ordered three pairs of curtains for bedroom and office. Renaissance faux silk steel, Fuji Blossom faux silk cloud and Madelyn Linen duck egg.
All three pairs are very well made, hang beautifully and look stunning up.
I am very happy with the thermal lining which keeps the rooms snug.

Just need to get my husband to measure our down stairs rooms now. And for our bathroom a matching Roman blind in the duck egg shade.
If anyone doubts the quality order samples first.
Would 100% recommend this company for service, quality. Curtains were delivered by UPS and were very well packaged.

Just had pair of curtains made in Arlo hemp. Absolutely thrilled with quality of fabric, workmanship and value.

Please don't waste your money on their curtains. They don't manufacture them to the industry standard calculations so your curtains are not wide enough to hang correctly and shut properly whilst still having a slight gather. I spent £456 on 2 pairs of curtains that look like rags. The material has a strange texture for polyester/linen. I'm broken hearted that I spent £200 more than I could have spent on curtains that actually look nice.

Inaccurate review ratings. On Google page it states 4.9 out of 1,446 reviews. When you actually click on Trustpilot it's 3.1...

States 10 day delivery time. Chased after 2 weeks (needed it for some guest arriving) and they said it would be another week plus. When I said that I wanted to cancel the order they suddenly miraculously despatched the order within a few hours on a next day service and then said I couldn't cancel it.

My curtains and voils arrived before there time, which we must say exceeded our expectations,the quality is outstanding both of the two sets of curtains and voils look amazing,

We had a small problem with one curtain, a quick call to Martian Jones a customer advisor and he was so helpful and so understanding and arranged for a new curtain to be sent out.Martin dealt with this in an outstanding way and is a real credit to the company.
If your thinking of using this company don’t be put off by price etc.
The whole process was really easy to use the quality is outstanding and excellent value for money, even though we had a small problem it was dealt with in an extremely quick way by Martain and a very professional way.

Don’t think twice use this company and feel so comfortable with every aspect of the process.
We will be ordering again very soon.

Avoid. We ordered the vertical blinds Aria Tahini and Aria Pewter for our living room and kitchen. Each was just shy of £400. What we received was very disappointing.
First of all they sent the wrong colour for our kitchen vertical blinds, then each of the sets was missing a blind (there was a hook but no blind for the last, same fault for both sets).
They look cheap and they came wrinkled.
This should be a premium product. We paid £800 for a cheap looking thing. Feels like a complete rip off

Ordered electric wave track curtains costing over £500 for my bifold doors. They arrived with no electrics. When I questioned this with customer service they said that electric curtains had been discontinued! However you can still purchase them on the website! Extremely misleading sales! Will not use this company again!

We bought all of our curtains & blinds from this company 10 years ago, and they were brilliant! We recently moved in to a new house and didn't think twice about ordering 3 sets of blinds. Two of the sets arrived without fittings (we're still waiting for one set after 10 days) and both were around 2cm too narrow, so couldn't be fitted. We had several email exchanges and phone calls with them, and there was never an acknowledgment that they made a mistake. Instead they offered us 50% off if we place another order for the same blinds, which is ridiculous. Sadly won't be using them again.

Ordered curtains, when they came, they were so small, and clearly the wrong size. Based on what we paid, we were convinced it was their mistake. Inches converted to CMs obviously. Turns out it wasn't a mistake and the curtains we have are at the right cost! What we needed are nearly £350 (3 x what we paid) which is bonkers! When we put the sizes into the site, it must have been in CMs but the price given felt about right so we didnt flinch. Clearly we were wrong! Our mistake, and not complaining, but I can't not mention the cost as it's madness compared to everywhere else we've looked. Check your sizes before you commit, sure the pricing will surprise you! Other than that, the quality seems fine, delivery was a bit long and customer service was fair, even with a disappointing outcome!

I am delighted at how well I was treated. Very punctual very kind and understanding.

Good quality curtains, well made. I had a problem with them when they first arrived, but one phone call to Kevin in Customer Services sorted it out to my complete satisfaction. A new pair of curtains were made, which are perfect. I can forgive them for their error, as they have such a fuss free resolution service. I shall be happy to buy from them again.

I have just received my ruby red velvet-feel Canterbury" curtains and very happy with them especially the length which is perfect!
My cm measuring abilities must be accurate and the company's custom made service is perfect too.
A lovely soft feel and they seem to cut out the light very well so all good.
By the way I didn't have any problem ordering the sample for free before I got the main ones. Nothing to fault.

The curtains have a horrible toxic smell and was making me and my family very sick!
I’d avoid buying anything as they’re bathed in toxic chemicals and will certainly make you sick, especially when exposed to direct sunlight.

There are part of the Blinds to go group which seem amazing looking at the feedback but definitely stay away from curtains to go!
A few pairs of wave pleat Voiles ordered following their guidance for their interpretation of allowances of 3cm. They arrived 4.5cm too short.. apparently during a phone call we were told that there is a 1.5cm allowance on top ( now convenient) but nowhere to be seen on their website.
Immediately contacted them to be asked for measurements of both the windows and what the curtains were that was sent (I thought that was reasonable) this was followed by so many emails and calls to different people every time asking for us to hang them and take photos; remeasure taking photos then take photos of you hanging them with a tape measure so we can see the measurements ( all got very silly but we complied). To be told yes they’re too short we will replace, then no we won’t then we will remake and off set the costs and you pay the difference to buy again and you can have a discount! No matter how they dressed it up, I ordered a specific drop with their allowance’s factored in and they were still short. In the end my bank dealt with this and I received my money back thankfully!

Bought some made to measure curtains for my bedroom. Absolutely, beautifully made & such good quality. They hang fabulously. I’ve just received my next order of lounge curtains, absolutely delighted with them as well. Highly recommended ❤️

I purchased a pair of cream double pencil pleat curtains with blackout fabric for £330 for small bedroom window. When they arrived, they had visible black stitching along the top. I contacted the company as I would never expect cream curtains to have black stitching and felt they were faulty. I was refunded and decided to give them another chance, ordering a second pair in a different blackout fabric.

Unfortunately, these had the same issue. When I complained, I was told that this is simply how blackout curtains come and that they are made with black stitching.

What on earth? To me, the marks look like pen marks, and the stitching is also wonky. They are extremely visible and, personally, I would never hang £360 curtains that looked like this.

I am now still having to battle with the company to return the curtains and receive my refund. After all the time and hassle involved, I am extremely disappointed and would not purchase from them again.

Very pleased with my curtains. The reason for not giving 5 stars is because I had to phone up to order the samples, the website wouldn't process my online order. Also, I was given 3 different delivery dates which was confusing.

Ordered curtains three weeks ago today. Received email Thursday stating there was an issue with the payment. I had used Klarna and 2 out of 3 payments made, no issues their end. Bot not helpful at all and I wasn’t even aware until later in conversation was a bot. Phoned at lunch yesterday and gave all the details - still no one has gotten back to me.
Looks like I’ll need to ask for a refund. Think issue is they can’t decide if they’re Curtains2go or Blinds2go. How can they use Klarna then ‘lose’ the payments?

Avoid at all costs!! Avoid!!!!!!!!
There are some shill five star reviews on here I think.
Paid £400 for curtains to fit a patio door. Delivery stated at 10 days on order and still not here 22 days later.
Order confirmed as “in production” on the delivery date and then stuck for 1 week in “quality control”. It is all a ruse for third party Asian oversees manufacturing where they have no control on production or delivery. Fronted as a UK company in Nottingham.
I spoke to someone with very poor English about the delay and she kept saying they were sorry and would compensate me. Very strange response to a question on where the order is - lurching straight to compensation?
I said I am getting red flags 🚩 and am about to do a credit card charge back for non received goods. Lo and behold I have a UPS confirmation to say the £400 curtains will be delivered to my local corner shop?!! I asked for home delivery ?!
Please just avoid. I am pretty sure they are placing orders at Chinese factories and the delays are out of their control.
To update - 11/8/26 - after receiving an email to say the curtains would arrive today and were dispatched by UPS..there has been an “unexpected delay” and now they are not arriving today…
