Really disappointed with Curtains 2 Go, ordered a pair of curtains on 3rd December with an expected delivery for Christmas, still no curtains and only getting responses from Bots. Was told on 22nd Dec that they were still in production and Xmas delivery expected, then told on 23rd that it was being escalated as the last date for dispatch for Christmas was 22nd, how about escalating the day before then?! I just want my money back and I’ll order from a local company now!

Extremely disappointed with Blinds 2 Go / Curtains 2 Go. I placed two separate orders, and unbelievably both arrived faulty and completely unusable.

The blind arrived with bent metal in the pelmet, meaning it cannot be hung at all. The curtains were missing the sewn-in hooks, making them impossible to use. These are not minor issues — they are basic manufacturing faults that should never pass quality control.

Having two separate orders both arrive unusable shows a serious lack of care and quality checking. It’s incredibly frustrating to wait for custom-made items only to receive products that cannot be used straight out of the box.

I would not recommend ordering from here based on my experience. Poor quality and unacceptable standards for made-to-measure products.

Looks like a lot of us are in a similar boat! Ordered 2x sets of curtains and 2x sets of blinds with 10-14 day lead time.. then to find out after a month of nothing that my fabric is out of stock and showing as April 2026 (ordered Nov for Xmas!!) .. I then have a parcel turn up which they are claiming is my full order.. when it only has the 2x sets of blinds.. my curtains are over £1000 and have apparently been delivered.. ?? How when last week there was no fabric? The picture of the parcel I have sent clearly only has blinds in and they have no idea on my curtains. They have no idea what’s going on it seems!

I’d avoid! Trying to get my money back and go elsewhere…

Terrible terrible terrible company, advertise speed and efficiency and inexpensive products but do not be fooled, atrocious communication , a salesperson who lied to me down the phone , and weeks late delivery . And the curtains don’t come with hooks, despite being told that they do .

I ordered my curtains on 24th November with10-12 day lead time
Impossible to communicate with company chat with bot was useless
Chat with agent not much better
I asked to speak to a manager told none available
No way helpful I had to ask if she’d was really a human or still a bot …
Rang customer care line 3 times held on almost 2 hours was cut off at one stage
Selected option for agent to ring back on each occasion but this never happened
My item has not arrived no idea when it will needed for Xmas
Will review curtains honestly when they arrive but find dealing with this company impossible
No customer care whatsoever

We had been struggling to find the right curtains. So we were very pleased with our long curtains made by curtains to go. The quality and service was fantastic. They are beautiful. We would definitely buy again from them. Thank you

I have just been on the phone to Curtains2Go. Since they changed to a CALL CENTRE AND not UK COMPANY and apparently found out as usual made in China . I have a Delivery problem. They keep giving email updates on Delivery. This is not good enough. Its now getting near Christmas and i purposly ordered them well before. Said they would come in a Few Days. I had blinds done (not with this company) they were excellent Service on the phone in UK and Even sent me a new chain for Blinds that was a tad too short within a day. But this service is rubbish. I do not even know if curtains have even been made. Paid Over £250 pound for the Curtains still waiting for these . Would expect a discount because of the wait and anxiety and having to keep ringing up

I’ve just chased my order and found out it won’t be dispatched until 12th Jan. I had no update until I asked. I ordered in the Black Friday sale because it was advertised they would arrive in time for Christmas. Now it’s my first Christmas in my new home without curtains - brilliant!

The pair of curtains i ordered came with different amount of eyelets in each one. They have accepted the fault but it's now 6 weeks and still no replacement
Also have blinds on order aswell, but just keep getting emails that theres a delay. Customer service said nothing is made in the uk and my order is at customs. Stay clear of this company, unless you have plenty of time to wait or burn sending emails.

Ordered samples in Black Friday sale. They arrived after the sale but website and staff member on phone stated they honour the sale price, when samples were ordered.

Phoned to ask how to proceed and was given the sales email - I asked for quotes based on Black Friday prices for 4 different fabrics. Initial response was prompt and escalated (apparently) - emailed 2 further times as no response and keen to get sorted before Christmas.

Phoned today to explain above - staff member didn't have a clue and kept saying about giving me 'good will discount' - I kept explaining how the website explains they will honour the discount. She then came back and offered 15% off 'goodwill' (discount on Black Friday was more significant and also gave another 10% on top). I explained this wasn't acceptable, especially since I received another email today offering 20% off!! She said she didn't now what the Black Friday discount was - so poor!!

Ordered a pair of curtains on 11 November. Dispatch date given as 28 November.
A week later , no one seems to know where these curtains are. A delivery label was created for them on 21 November ( now 4th Deecember ) but the parcel has still not been received by UPS. No one at customer service could tell me where the curtains are - but to call next week and if they are lost a replacement pair will be ordered....

Delivery date changed at last minute. This is a business where you can forecast your work load accurately so changing the delivery date at the last minute is very poor and in our case quite inconvenient.

Ordered new curtains and paid for them fully only to be told nearly three weeks later that they had run out of fabric! It would be March before they have the fabric….i ordered from this company as they seemed to ensure quick delivery. Terrible customer service! I waiting on email which doesn’t seem to be coming that the new fabric i have chosen will be made and delivered quickly. Never again! Order no C69889691WB
I have now been issued a partial refund and been told they will make the curtains in a new fabric. After looking into why it was such a large refund i have found out they have the wrong sizes compared to what i have originally ordered! WHAT A COMPLETE SHAMBLES!!!!

Great choice of fabrics and free samples to assist. The measuring guide was really simple and straightforward to apply. Purchased 2 sets of Made to Measure for living room, one for dining room and a set for my bedroom.

All of my windows are slightly smaller or bigger than standard ready made and these really were an affordable made to Measure option.

Curtains delivered earlier than expected and are great quality, so very pleased with my spend.

I received samples as requested, measured & ordered. Simple, straightforward process. Curtains arrived in acceptable time for made to measure curtains. Excellent quality & workmanship at a great price. Will certainly use this company again.

Having been messed about by Dunelm, who got my order wrong, and having looked at the very poor choice of material offered by John Lewis, I turned to Curtains2go. The material samples arrived quickly and were superior in quality to others I had looked at and everything was very competitively priced. Measuring with their guide was easy and putting the order in was straightforward. My order qualified for free delivery and arrived much earlier than the estimated date. The voile curtains with pinch pleat are perfect. They were well-packed and needed no ironing. Even the hooks were in the hems. They look fantastic, meet precisely, and hang beautifully. I will certainly return to this company for future purchases.

I have ordered two blinds and two pairs of curtains from Curtains2go / Blinds2go and could not be happier with the quality of all of them, the price and the service. Absolutely outstanding and will definitely be using for all my curtains and blinds needs.

When my curtains arrived the wrong fabric had been used so I obviously got in touch with customer services. This process itself was not entirely straightforward and I ended up communicating with 3 different people prior to a reorder being arranged. I was assured that this would be treated as a priority (over new orders), however, the second set took longer to arrive than the first - not prioritised in my opinion. They eventually arrived and I’m relatively happy with the product - although due to the type of fabric (a lightweight polyester/viscose mix) I have found it difficult to iron the pleated areas satisfactorily as they arrived fairly creased. I’m hoping they’ll drop over time. Perhaps something to bear in mind when choosing your fabric. Unfortunately, I’ve not had any courtesy follow up communication or indeed an answer to my question about what to do with the incorrect set. So in summary, I think their customer service could be vastly improved.

I’ve just hung my new ‘pinch pleat’ curtains in my bedroom and I’m so pleased with them. They are expertly made and look amazing. They fit perfectly and the modern plant hanging hooks fit these pinholes is great, ensuring they hang straight and level. I originally ordered a pair from D***lm, and they are too wide for my pole(apparently they add extra on to your measurements to ‘allow’ for a crossover), and the metal paper clip type hooks are tacky and cheap. I’m still fighting for a refund with them! These have no extra width and are beautiful. Thank you to the staff at Curtains2go!!
