Great service from start to finish! My account manager communicated clearly, installation was smooth, and the system works perfectly. Tech support answered my questions right away and fully resolved everything. Highly recommend CSP for reliable security and responsive support.

I’ve been extremely happy with my alarm system and the service that comes with it. The team is professional, responsive, and clearly knows what they’re doing. From the initial setup to ongoing support, they’ve made everything simple and stress-free. The system itself is easy to use, reliable, and gives me complete peace of mind for my home and family. Highly recommend!

Great experience with the CSP team from start to finish. The set up was quick and easy, and the technician who came to install the system was thorough, respectful and efficient. The system is easy to use and representatives are available if you have any questions. The price is fair and we feel that extra bit of ease having the security system in place. Thank you, CSP!

We were having a little trouble with the system so called and were given an appointment with a technician within a couple days. Tamim kept us informed as to his arrival time and fixed our problem quickly and was very pleasant to deal with!

Our experience was great. From the conversation with Katie to the install with Hardeep my wife and i found the system to meet all our needs. We have found the system to be user friendly. We are very glad we made the decision to move to Canadian Security Professionals.

I’ve been with CSP for over 10 years now, and they’ve always taken good care of me. Anytime I needed help or had a question, they were quick to respond and super easy to deal with. The system works great and I’ve never had any issues. Definitely recommend them — solid company

Amazing company. Dealing with them for 15 years and still going. Best management and best customer service.

The good:
Sales process was good.
Follow up for insurance docs was easy.
The app is great.
The console has one-touch arming.

The not so good:
The sensors are too sensitive. Had 2 techs come back to re-install. They wanted to drill new holes in my wall without repatching the existing drilled holes.

Overall good so far - I've had it for about 6 months.

From the moment I spoke with Katie she was amazing and extremely informative. The installer was exceptional and the company continues to impress us with their ability to help in any way they can . I highly recommend using this company.
You always can reach someone which is simply amazing these days .
5 stars definitely for this company !

Just had Hardeep Saini install our new security system. He was very thorough in his explanation of the keypad and sensors. He installed the entire system including a few extra components within an hour. I'd be happy to have him back again. Our sales rep Anas was also very knowledgeable and set my mind at ease after a terrible experience with API after there recent takeover of Bell home security. Thank you CSP

We recently worked with Canadian Security Professionals to install a new alarm system at I Care Beauty Clinic, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

Kate was an absolute pleasure to work with — professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive to our needs. She took the time to explain all the options clearly and helped us choose the perfect system for our clinic.

The installation team was efficient, courteous, and ensured everything was completed neatly and on schedule. The system operates perfectly and provides a great sense of security for our business.

I highly recommend Canadian Security Professionals for anyone seeking a dependable and well-managed security solution. Their service quality and customer care truly stand out.

We dropped into the office without an appointment and totally unannounced—we were welcomed right away. Chelsee asked how she could help us. We explained I was looking for a security system for my home. Chelsee clearly outlined the options and costs and the rest is history. The security system was installed in my home within a week or so and I couldn’t be happier. The technician was excellent. He was professional, patient and he obviously cared about his job. I would highly recommend Canadian Security Professionals.

Awful awful experience!!!! Never ever sign this contract. Worst decision I’ve ever made. They won’t let out of it either and I’m a single mom with low income. Made a huge mistake by getting into this contract.

Had an awesome experience with Canadian Security Professionals! Their support was super prompt, and the service was top quality. The security system and smart camera they installed work perfectly and give me real peace of mind. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable and professional home security.

Excellent product, staff and immediate customer service! Highly recommend this company.

Great Customer Service and products. Would highly recommend!

CSP has been one of our trusted partners for years. Their pricing is competitive, and their service is excellent. My inquiries are always taken care of quickly, and any issues are resolved immediately. A great choice for business security solutions.

We’ve been using CSP for almost 5 years now. We recently moved and they made the transition to our new home easy and seamless for us. They were so accommodating. With a baby at home, we feel safe, comfortable and happy to have a security team as responsive and professional as CSP. Highly recommend!

I required additional sensors and cameras for my home, and the team at CSP was amazing as usual. Anas helped me select what I need, Rabah came and did a stellar job, and now my home is more secure than Fort Knox. CSP makes it so easy to get my home secured, and that’s why I’ve used them across three properties in the last 8 years. Best in the business!

This is our second time using CSP, previous home and our current new home. We just love their quick service turn-around and prompt customer service. Our installer Tamim was very clear with explaining everything during the install and was very quick. Highly recommend this amazing local company.
