Expensive waste of time. Very upset that I'm not covered adequately I think this should be made more clear with an explanation at the point of sale rather than expecting people to understand small-print and how the exclusions work. I've spent days being given the runaround with numbers that don't work.

I recently got my home security cameras replaced and Aaron, Tyrel and Max came to do the job. They worked non-stop all day to make sure all the cameras were installed properly. I was really impressed with their knowledge and service. I am also extremely happy with my new cameras and feel safer at home. Thank you to Protection Plus and Aaron, Tyrel and Max for a job well done.

Steve Ali came to re install sensors after we had our windows changed. Not only was he incredible nice, knowledgeable and clean he went out of this way to to do exactly what he promised. Between the office staff who were easy to deal with and Steve Ali I would recommend this company highly.

I thought I was getting a top of the line Korean system that would be trouble free. Installation was clean, but the system didnt work 100% from the start. A second follow up appt was late ( 3pm vs 630Pm) with no communication on a window of time prior to, just a start time. Even now i can't get my wife's phone onto the system. Communication was the sticking point with this install. The Installers ( Subcontractors) admitted to never having worked with this camera system before when they could figure out how to makethe speaker function work. While an install like this SHOULD be complete in one full day, issues happen. But to waste my day waiting on a 3 pm follow up start, getting a call at 4 pm to show up at 630pm is just not professional. Also, my phone was blamed by PP as per the estimator, for the intial problem with the speaker function in th camera. I didnt change a thing. The App for Lumisys is not very easy to navigate, not friendly at all. Lack of training on the installed system and lack of communication has lead to a frustrated customer who will not recommend Protection plus to anyone and , in fact, will warn against them any chance I get. Life is to short, do not waste my time , especially when I pay top dollar. Did I mention PP was the most expensive quote? Double the cheapest one I recieved. Sometimes you do not get what you paid for. 2 stars only because the physical install was super clean.

We have been with Protection Plus for almost 5 years and recently had the batteries changed. Excellent company with great after service. Highly recommended.

The mother board on my refig went out before the additional warranty I purchased expired. Service tech was out within 48 hrs of call. Informed me that they would have order the part as no one had it in stock. Two and half weeks later and about $40.00 in ice he returned with new part. Turns out to be wrong part. New part has to come from overseas & that's a 3-1/2 week lead time. New parts in, everything is working. I file a spoilage claim only to be denied because the only thing the policy pays for food spoilage is if the compressor failed! Nothing else. Six weeks living out of coolers and a bar refrig.

Best in the Biz! We purchased a very secure locking system from Protection Plus about a year ago. We required some additional assistance and were impressed when Protection Plus sent a technician on the same day we requested one! The technician was punctual and took his time to explain the product to us. I would 100% use Protection Plus for both my home and for my business

I have been with this company for the last four years and it has been a disappointment from the beginning. From being oversold at my consultation. From buying bad product that 3 to 4 years later, they refunded me because the owner or the manager admitted it was a faulty product, and they were no longer carrying them because of the problems they had with them. From being in comfortable with their service technicians. They blamed me in the end and said that I was not happy and they were discontinuing my service and leaving me high and dry. I am left with faulty equipment and no monitoring and to boot. They wanted me to pay $245 for the last visit that the sensor is still not working and they’re telling me it’s MAYBE an environmental problem. It’s taking me about a month to write this review because I did not want to be emotional. I just want it to be factual. Their last visit in my home wants to fix And it was not fixed. I had to call them back within a few weeks. I was not comfortable with the technician they sent and I asked them not to send him back. Sure enough they sent the same technician to fix the problem, and I refused him entry to my home. When someone tells you they are not comfortable in the presence of someone it should be taken seriously when I then brought it up when speaking with the general manager he said he never heard about it, of course he would say that. I told him look at your logs when I called in the office and said I will not let him in send someone else, which they never did.. I think that says it all about this company. -00000000 stars

I was very pleasantly surprised and gratified by the service at Protection Plus. Staff was helpful and quick to respond. A good experience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. IT IS A SCAM! The shoes look nothing like their photos and do absolutley nothing to help your orthopedic issues. They are not true to size and their refund policy is a joke. Basically you cant return if they dont fit even if you ordered 1 size bigger than you usually wear and they still 2 sizes too small. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Patrick was amazing. He was resourceful and able to problem solve and fix my issue. He also added an app to my phone and showed me how to use it so I could see cameras in my home when I am away. Patrick was knowledgeable, friendly and personable.
