I would like to leave a positive review for Creed and especially thank Tracey and Anastasija for their help and support.
I initially had an issue with a discount coupon, as it could only be applied to fragrances from the discovery set. However, the sample I truly fell in love with was a complimentary sample that came as a gift with the set. I was quite surprised to learn that the coupon could not be used for this fragrance.
That said, the support team handled the situation wonderfully. They listened carefully and offered a fair compromise solution, which I really appreciated. Thanks to their help, I can now fully enjoy this beautiful fragrance.

Ich bin sprachlos, ich habe einen „Wertgutschein“ zum Verschenken von der direkten Plattform Creed bezogen, als Neukunde erhält man 10% Rabatt! So weit so gut!
Rein rechtlich ist ein Rabatt-Code nicht mit einem Wertgutschein gleichzusetzen!
Das eine ist ein preislicher Rabatt und das andere ein aufgeladenes Zahlungsmittel!
Nach mehrfachen Kontakt zum Support wurde mir nun „freundlich“ vermittelt, das man nur einen Code verwenden darf!
Also ohne Wertgutschein, hätte ich jetzt 10% Rabatt erhalten …
Das muss man sich mal auf der Zunge zergehen lassen!
Der Support ist erschreckend schlecht, der Chat wurde öfters unterbrochen, man bekam immer wieder einen neuen Mitarbeiter zugetragen, diesem musste man erneut alles erklären!
Ich habe mehrere Produkte bei diesen Firma bezogen, für solch ein Preis-Segement, war es das letzte Mal, das ich bei diesem Herstellen Parfum beziehe!
Jetzt mal schauen ob ich überhaupt die Bestellung erhalte

400 € für Chaos: verloren, falsch geliefert, Zusagen gebrochen
Titel: 400 € bezahlt – personalisierte Bestellung verloren, falsch geliefert, Zusagen nicht eingehalten
Ich habe bei Creed Fragrances ein Parfüm im Wert von rund 400 € inklusive kostenpflichtiger Gravur (Initialien) bestellt.
Was danach folgte, ist für eine angebliche Luxusmarke schlicht inakzeptabel:
• Die personalisierte Originalsendung wurde als „verloren gegangen“ bestätigt.
• Ich habe fast einen Monat auf eine Lösung gewartet.
• Mir wurde eine Entschädigung zugesagt, die nicht eingehalten wurde.
• Die Ersatzlieferung kam ohne Gravur – also nicht wie bestellt und bezahlt.
• Mehrfaches Nachhaken war nötig, Verantwortung wurde hin- und hergeschoben.
Fazit:
Ich habe für eine personalisierte Ware bezahlt und ein Standardprodukt ohne Personalisierung erhalten. Das ist keine Kleinigkeit, sondern eine nicht vertragsgemäße Leistung. Der gesamte Ablauf war geprägt von Verzögerungen, Fehlkommunikation und nicht eingehaltenen Zusagen.
Für eine Marke im Luxussegment ist dieser Service beschämend.
Mein Vertrauen ist durch diesen Vorfall vollständig zerstört.
Ich werde keine weiteren Bestellungen bei Creed tätigen und kann diese Marke in keiner Weise empfehlen.

Not premium, no good will
For such a prestigious, premium brand, I expected so much more of their terms and customer "service".
For context, we have been very brand loyal, and over the years have introduced members of the family to Creed.
Every Christmas, my husband and I are very generously gifted a bottle of Creed fragrance each, which to date we have both been delighted with.
Sadly this year I received Wind Flowers which is a fragrance I do not like.
As it was purchased in October, Creed are refusing to swap it for a fragrance that I would enjoy wearing. The product is still sealed, in it's original packaging/gift box and we have the receipt available (all of which has been conveyed to Customer Service).
Creed are refusing to swap the product and as such, punishing customers who purchase in advance for Christmas; there is NO GOOD WILL.
My father-in-law has offered to buy me a replacement bottle of Creed, however I do not want any more Creed bought, given this disappointing experience which could so easily (and with no cost implication to Creed) have been rectified.
For the sake of not swapping a bottle of fragrance Creed has cost themselves much custom.

Excellent Customer Service
I had a great experience with The House of Creed. The customer care team was extremely professional, polite, and helpful throughout our communication. As a gesture of goodwill, they kindly arranged an Aventus sample for me so I could experience the fragrance before committing to a full bottle, which I really appreciated.
The process was smooth, personal, and reflected the high standards Creed is known for. Truly excellent service from start to finish.

Very disappointing experience with…
Very disappointing experience with Creed Fragrances UK. My order was not delivered on time, despite paying for next day delivery. To make matters worse, the replacement order also failed to arrive within the promised timeframe.
Only part of my original order was delivered. When I contacted customer service to report this, I was told the missing item was not in stock. I was never informed of this beforehand, nor did I receive any email or notification explaining the issue. This lack of communication completely ruined what was meant to be a Christmas gift.
The situation could have been handled far better with basic transparency and accountability, but instead it was left to me to chase and deal with the fallout. Very sad and frustrating experience from a brand like Creed. I will be sharing this experience on social media as well.

I’ve been using Aventus for a while now…
I’ve been using Aventus for a while now and I am sorely disappointed with my latest purchases. I ran out of the Aventus Cologne and Aventus original recently so bought new bottles at a cost of £600 for both. The quality is so poor now. There’s little projection, my Aventus original smells strongly of alcohol and the Aventus Cologne only lasts a few short hours whereas previously it would last all day. I still had some of the old bottle left so I was able to smell the difference and it was starkly different. It’s an absolute waste of money now.

I paid £330 for a bottle of creed and next day delivery. This was ordered before the cut off for next day delivery but there was no delivery next day and not even a dispatch confirmation email.
Now, I have tried to email creed customer service and my emails just bounce back as undelivered as the address on their website does not work.
If you have to buy Creed, buy in a store. I would recommend against buying on their website direct.

Very disappointed. I ordered 4 boxes of creed sample fragrances as stocking fillers. 2 of the boxes came unopened and packaged tightly in sleeves and 2 were open without sleeves so jus be aware of this.
