J’ai commandé directement auprès de Creed un parfum d’une valeur de 495 €. Je tiens d’abord à préciser que j’apprécie réellement le parfum lui-même et que mon avis ne remet absolument pas en cause sa qualité.

En revanche, j’ai été très déçu par l’expérience autour de ma commande.

Le flacon que j’ai reçu présentait plusieurs défauts visibles. J’ai contacté le service client et leur ai transmis des photos. Le problème a bien été pris en considération et différents gestes commerciaux m’ont été proposés au cours de nos échanges, d’abord 10 €, puis 20 €.

J’ai finalement estimé que cela n’était pas à la hauteur du prix payé et du positionnement d’une maison comme Creed, et j’ai donc demandé à retourner le parfum pour obtenir un remboursement.

Sur ce point, je tiens à être juste : le service client a accepté ma demande de retour immédiatement et sans difficulté. J’ai apprécié leur réactivité et le fait qu’ils ne cherchent pas à compliquer la procédure.

Cependant, les jours passant, je n’ai finalement pas eu le temps d’effectuer le retour. Comme j’aime réellement le parfum et que je comptais de toute façon l’utiliser, j’ai décidé de le conserver malgré l’état du flacon. J’ai alors expliqué à Creed que je renonçais au retour et que je leur laissais simplement le soin de décider du geste commercial qu’ils jugeaient approprié.

À ma grande surprise, alors qu’un geste de 20 € avait été évoqué auparavant, la proposition finale pour conserver le produit dans cet état a été de 10 €.

C’est ce point que j’ai beaucoup de mal à comprendre.

Une erreur, un défaut ou un problème lors d’une commande peut arriver à n’importe quelle entreprise, même à une grande maison. Pour moi, ce qui fait réellement la différence, c’est la manière dont le problème est réglé et l’impression laissée au client à la fin.

Pour un parfum payé 495 € et compte tenu du positionnement haut de gamme de Creed, je m’attendais simplement à une conclusion plus élégante et à un geste davantage en rapport avec la situation.

C’est dommage, car il aurait été très facile de terminer cette expérience sur une note positive. Au contraire, alors même que j’aime beaucoup le parfum, cette expérience m’a suffisamment déçu pour que je ne souhaite plus commander directement auprès de Creed.

Je partage cette expérience de manière factuelle, avec les points positifs comme les points négatifs.

All I can say is amazing … the whole creed range is outstanding and the agents are outstanding. I won’t buy anything else now . Me and my wife have the candles / room spray/ body wash / soap / moisturiser/ oils …it’s all amazing there customer service is outstanding… my wife laughs that even my soap comes in a beautifully wrapped box … I wish they done car fragrances 🫶

I had previously tried a sample of Creed Aventus and really enjoyed it, so I decided to order the full-size bottle — I went for the 240 ml version.

Regarding the product itself, I am genuinely impressed. You can immediately feel the premium quality, both in the fragrance itself and in the packaging. Everything feels refined and luxurious, which is exactly what I would expect from a premium brand like Creed. The additional gifts were also a really nice touch, especially the travel spray, which I find very useful and well made.

Overall, I am very happy with the product and my purchase.

However, there is one very disappointing point that I really feel needs to be highlighted: the delivery. When the courier arrived, they rang the doorbell and then literally THREW the package onto the ground. We clearly heard a loud bang as the parcel hit the floor. This is particularly disappointing considering that the package was clearly marked as fragile.

Thank god there was no major damage, but there were some creases and dents on the packaging which is disappointing for a product of this price.

For a premium product of this value, I find this kind of handling completely inappropriate. I would thus strongly recommend that Creed look into this with the delivery service, because the quality of the product and packaging deserves to be matched by an equally careful delivery experience.

The service from the company was excellent however the product was poor, extremely poor. I paid £310 for 100ml of "luxury brand" Creed Aventus, that in my opinion was £300 too much. The scent smelled hardly anything like the sample I had tried. On application the smell lasted 20 minutes before no-one vould smell it on me. Clearly the switch to mass production and maximising profit means the product Clearly does NOT contain the oils and ingredients it previously had. The synthetic smell is no better than a cheap "after shave" product. It states returns not accepted although I could have sent it back under the Sale of Goods Act due to it not being as described or of the quality expected. I would and could not recommend this product or would I ever buy it again. I have a bottle of Chanel Blue that was 1/2 the price and smells phenomenal and lasts all day, I can even smell it on my clothes next day. Batch details:Ref: 1110042 F004081

Fantastic company & service, I recently ordered for my husband a gift, easy to order online, delivery quick, unfortunately I had a damaged sample in the box contacted customer service & this was resolved for me, great service I would highly recommend

1 Star – Item never received, and support demands facial verification!

I placed an order through the official website, but the package never arrived. Naturally, I contacted customer service to resolve the issue and find out what happened to my delivery.

Instead of properly investigating the missing package or offering a refund, customer support informed me that I must complete a facial verification process just to continue communicating with them.

This is completely absurd and unacceptable. I paid for a product that I did not receive, and rather than getting straightforward assistance, I am being forced to provide biometric data simply to talk to a representative about my missing order.

For an official online store, this approach to customer service is entirely incomprehensible. I am incredibly disappointed with how this situation is being handled and would strongly advise against ordering from them based on this experience.

J'ai contacté le service client Creed pour ouvrir une réclamation. J'ai reçu comme mail de leur part, que la livraison n'a pas été faite car je n'étais pas chez moi et que le colis est avec le transporteur . Mais je ne peux pas savoir où se trouve le colis. Et toujours aucune information.

Pour une maison de ce standing, une commande de 380€, c'est inacceptable. Je déconseille fortement

This is the perfume I use on a regular basis and I keep coming back to it because I really like how it smells. It has a pleasant, elegant scent that works well for everyday use without being too overpowering. It lasts for several hours and I always get compliments when I wear it. Definitely one of my favorite perfumes.

Just Creed is Creed. First class perfume, in my case Iris Debonair and Millesime imperial.
Also top level of delivery and wrapping.

Title: Two defective bottles in a row, then silence from customer service

I purchased two bottles of Creed Aventus during a trip. The first bottle's spray valve failed from pressure and emptied completely inside my suitcase. When I raised this with a Creed boutique, I was told it "could have happened if the suitcase fell" — it didn't. I bought a second, sealed bottle. Back home, when I went to open it, the same thing had happened: the valve had blown and a quarter of the bottle had leaked out inside the sealed box.

I contacted Creed customer service about both incidents. It took a long time to get any response at all, and when I finally did, they refused to take responsibility. For a brand at this price point, having two bottles fail the same way — and then being brushed off — is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I can no longer call Creed a serious, reliable brandThis response is a generic template that doesn't reflect what actually happened. I already have an open ticket (#204402915) with a back-and-forth email exchange from January 24 to January 29, where I sent photos, evidence, and video for both defective bottles, along with full order details. Your own Customer Care UK team replied multiple times on that ticket — there was no lack of communication on my end.

Despite having all of this evidence in hand, your final response was a denial of responsibility. Asking me now, publicly, to "contact you again" as if this is starting from scratch shows exactly what your real policy is: a polite front on social media, while behind closed doors you deny responsibility even with clear evidence in front of you. I'm leaving the ticket number here so it's clear this case was already fully documented.

Ich trage seit Jahren mit großer Begeisterung die Düfte dieses Hauses. Sehr guter Service und schneller Versand. Bin bisweilen stets zufrieden gewesen.
Die Produkte (auch Zubehör) sind weiterhin über jeden Zweifel erhaben und rechtfertigen den dafür durchaus hohen Preis.

Ich werde auch weiterhin mit Begeisterung diese Marke tragen.

Had an amazing experience, Tracking had stopped for my order a few days ago so I rang Creed Customer Support and the lady told me that it was the same on her screen. They looked into and have replaced my order of Iris Debonnair. I can’t thank them enough.

Extremely disappointing customer service from Creed, particularly given the premium positioning and price of its products.

I contacted Creed because a Creed 5ml travel atomiser appeared to cause a noticeable change or deterioration in my Creed Oud Zarian fragrance while being used for its intended purpose.

I wasn't simply asking for a free replacement. I wanted to know what had happened. I supplied photographs, evidence of the purchase and offered to return the affected atomiser to Creed so that it could be examined.

I was told the matter would be escalated to a specialist team member. I subsequently asked Creed four very straightforward questions: had the apparent deterioration been investigated, did they want the affected atomiser returned for examination, what had their investigation established, and could they confirm that a replacement atomiser was suitable for use with Oud Zarian?

Not one of those questions has been answered.

Instead, Creed repeatedly focused on the fact that the products were purchased through a retailer, disputed my proof of purchase and offered another atomiser as a "gesture of goodwill". I specifically explained that a replacement did not address my concern because nobody had established what had happened to the fragrance in the first atomiser.

Their final response again fails to address any of those questions, states that they have received no similar complaints and says that they are unable to offer any alternative resolution.

I find that extraordinary. If Creed has genuinely received no similar reports, I would have thought that made examining the affected atomiser I repeatedly offered to return even more worthwhile.

I am not claiming to know what caused the apparent deterioration. That is precisely why I asked Creed, as the manufacturer of both products, to investigate it.

For a luxury fragrance house, I expected considerably better product support and customer care. My experience has left me with very little confidence in Creed's willingness to investigate a potential problem with one of its own products.
