Not what I expected!
They started out very helpful but I was with them for about 5 months and they didn't really do anything. They never responded to my emails when I had questions or even trying to cancel the service. Even now they're still attempting to take out of my bank account after I emailed them to cancel the service. Definitely would not recommend!

While it can often take the credit bureaus 30-45 days to update their records and have it reflect on your score, you absolutely deserve to know that work is being done on your behalf. I want to personally make sure everything is moving forward correctly for you.

Scam charged my card and no service. They didn’t even get my info so how can they fix anything .no won’t even give a refund. The phone number didn’t work. I promise I will be filing with squabble.com they do work and you will get served.

For our service to work, we have to connect your credit profile, so it sounds like there was a serious technical error right at the beginning of your sign-up process. You certainly shouldn't have been billed if the onboarding wasn't complete.

Lack Transparency
CreditCaptain was a disappointing experience for me; they need to provide a more detailed explanation of their services and the potential timeframe for achieving tangible results. They should clearly disclose to all customers that monthly payments of $100 to $300, depending on the selected product, may be required to see credit improvement. While I understand the membership fee, paying the product price every month without seeing any progress is unreasonable. I comprehend why they may not explicitly communicate this information. Although CreditCaptain may be a reputable company, they lack transparency regarding their monthly fees. They don’t keep you updated at all. The only time I heard from them when a payment is due.

It seems we did a very poor job of explaining how our membership works and how it's different from payments for separate credit-building products you may have chosen. For that lack of clarity and communication, I sincerely apologize. You should be receiving meaningful updates on your progress, not just payment reminders.
I want to personally look into your account immediately to understand what's been going on with your plan and why you haven't been getting proper updates.
