I uploaded 100 dollars or so I never received my cards not to mention this was a Winden Business Account offering a promotional sign up offer of 1,000. After not giving me the opportunity to withdraw my 1,000 promotional deposit then closed my account without clearing my funds.

Winden closed my account a year ago and have continued to charge my credit card every month since. Customer support is not responsive at all. This is straight up fraud.

I signed up with winden.co for a business account a few days ago. The website said if you do not have an SSN you can get a winden passport in $299 per month and open a bank account for your business, I started the signup process and paid $100 for the basic subscription first, later their rep said I have to pay $399 in total to get winden passport as an international client. I did that. My account is up and I have been asking how to send funds to an international bank which was the main reason why I signedup and their rep confirmed it works. soon after my account was activated their rep Dean disappeared I have been waiting for days but no responses. There is no other rep. It seems its just 1 person company. I have asked for refund, no response to that as well. I would highly recommend to avoid this because this is totally a scam.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. They are liars, rude (if you even get to speak to anyone), and a TOTAL SCAM! I am shocked no one has sued and gotten them SHUT DOWN yet which I am HIGHLY thinking of doing!!! $5,000 I saved up so I can finally get my own car and BAM!! gone because they locked my account without warning and I can't get any help or answers in order to get my money back!!!!
Do yourself a favor and NEVER EVER EVER do business with these scamming lying crooks!

Positive reviews on here are paid and faked, they took my $2150 and issued me a fraudulent check that I can’t cash, I emailed and texted their support, only to receive nothing at all. They are scammers and bunch of thieves 😡😡😡😡

Scam company, my credit card expired on April 25th, and the $99 fee could not be deducted. They immediately closed my bank account 24 hours later.
I found out that my account was closed when I logged into my email at the end of the month to check the notification, but I still updated my credit card to pay the $99 service fee, but no one restored my account for me.
I contacted the online customer service, but no one was online, so I contacted them through their email. They said they would send a check to my registered contact address, but my address has changed. They no longer reply to my messages.
I would reply to their emails every once in a while, and they no longer reply to my messages.
So don't use them.

My account was closed and they owed me a check, it was invalid, so I asked to request a new one and they said that I already received it even though I showed proof it wasn't and was rejected back. Waiting for over $5000, for over 4 months.

They will let you send money to your "own" bank and block the account. They also try to charge the credit card $99 per month even the account is blocked

The Get Help and FAQ page are also invalid.

They're crooks. They write off money for subscription for an account they have not opened and do not respond to requests to stop writing off. After they just blocked me from writing to them.

Their user interface is super simple and easy to use. What I love most is their excellent customer support they're always available for their customer support if I need them. decided to stick with Winden.

Using Winden for the past 3 months, apart from all other features really like their virtual cards and support chat. absolute worth it.

Simply put, they closed my account unexpectedly. It was supposedly closed due to a customer giving me a bad check, but in turn they accepted the check and the customer was charged the full amount. They were supposed to mail me a closed account check for over 6 months now and the excuse I got at first was they had the wrong address. My response was how do you all have the wrong address when you mailed me a debit card!!!!! In short I still don't have my hard earned money and I keep getting the run around!!!!!

Here are just a few examples how they scam you:

1. They advertise 5x points up to $10k new account promotion on their website. But after I didn't get this cash promotion, customer support claim that promotion is ended. But you can see they still list this promotion on their website to attract new customer.

2 There are a few different subscription levels with different prices. Initially I started with lower subscription level just to try it out. And my first redemption for debit card cash back is successful. So I asked CSR to upgrade my subscription to higher level. Firstly they claim they can not manually upgrade my account and they need to fix a bug so I can upgrade by myself. But the help page still says it can be done by CSR. After maybe 2 weeks they are still saying the bug was not fixed. Then another CSR told me he can upgrade my account. Quickly I saw the upgrade charge posted to my credit card TWO times. But my plan is still at the lower level. I asked to refund one charge and upgrade my plan. But after 1 week there is still no refund and no plan change. So I asked to cancel my upgrade just refund both charges. A few days later, still no refund. Until I threatened to dispute the charge, they promised to refund the charge. Even at this time they only refunded 1 charge.

3. With so many issues, I decided to just redeem the cashback points and close this account. But after redeeming, the money keeps in pending state and never deposited to my account. And when the new points available 30 days after debit card spending I even can not redeem them anymore. I check CSR, they used their normal "check with their back office" excuse and never did anything.
4. Luckily I used a virtual credit card that can be closed out any time. To close my account without asking CSR, I just closed that virtual card so they could not charge me again. After failed charge, they initially feezed my account, then later closed my account. But today I saw a notification they tried to charge me again, even after the account was already closed.

I COULD NEVER ASSUME THAT AN ACCOUNT COULD BE FROZEN TWICE, BUT THIS COMPANY DID IT AND FROZE MY ACCOUNT TWICE! THIS IS HILARIOUS!

I WILL WRITE IN ADVANCE FOR WINDEN AND THEIR RESPONSE TO TRY TO GET AWAY WITH FRAUDULENT USE OF THEIR POLICY!

I HAVE NOT VIOLATED ANY OF THE TERMS OF USE OF THIS APP. MY ACCOUNT WAS FUNDED FROM AN EXTERNAL SOURCE AND FUNDS WERE WITHHELD INSTANTLY ASKING ME TO PAY FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION! I ALSO DARE SAY THAT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WILL DEAL WITH YOUR ISSUE. THEY WILL ONLY PRETEND AND THEN IGNORE YOU!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

2. A fraudulent scheme whereby you are forced to pay the full subscription fee by any means possible.
3. Withholding of funds.
4. Complete disregard for the entire support team.
5. Lack of any answers and documents about deliberate withholding of your money.

This company is collecting personal data, as well as withholding any of your money under the pretext of "paying for a subscription". The entire trial period is a lie. You will be frozen for the entire period and only after the trial period expires will you be contacted with a demand to pay for the subscription. As you realize your funds will still be frozen and you will have no guarantee that your funds will be available. The blocking occurs immediately after the first money arrives in your bank account, under the pretext of non-paid subscription. Also take into account that you can not pay the subscription from the card and the subscription is not paid from the balance of the account, you will receive declines even from a working card with a balance and will not be able to pay the subscription from the available balance on the account. Also take into account that you will be ignored, but at the same time you will be at your workplace.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAMMER WHO WILL TRY TO STEAL FROM YOU IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY, BUT NOT TO HELP YOU RUN A GOOD BUSINESS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR ENERGY AND TIME!

- Personally, I registered a account with Winden and immediately subscribed to one of their plans thinking it would benefit me. I ran into issues since I was running a trial, so I contacted support "Daniel" and he froze my account. Ideally I didn't pay much attention to it until the second occurence where I re-activated my Frozen account, and switched from a trial to a annual plan ($2,000 a year) and had it active and running. I contact support to help change number from my personal phone to my business phone, and the support member daniel freezes my account for the SECOND time without notice or reason. And claims that my plan isn't active while their dashboard clearly says otherwise. So, he lies and says I'm on a trial which was false, and deactived and closed my account.

After that, In a rage I said bad things. Admittable.

Total Fraud

1. Account Locked Without Warning: Out of the blue, they've locked my account, holding onto $3300 of my hard-earned money. There was no warning, no explanation - nothing. Imagine being in the middle of a busy schedule and finding out you can't access your own funds!

2. Support System Non-Existent: When I tried to reach out for an explanation, I hit a wall. Their chat support was disabled. No responses to emails. It's like they've just vanished, leaving me in the lurch.

3. Unprofessional Attitude: The few interactions I had were appalling. Their responses (when I got any) were rude and aggressive. As someone who works in a profession where empathy and communication are key, I was shocked by their lack of professionalism.

Super easy to open an account, took me less than 5 minutes to get approved.

Winden has been a great banking partner for my online store. fast customer service and great feature set.

Have nothing but great things to say about Winden customer support. They are always there to answer my questions, i just wish there were some things that could be done faster.
