The biggest scam ever! They got me for over 1500 bucks then they called for 99 bucks a month. They done absolutely nothing stay away.

I told the rep on the phone my last name is spelled wrong and it's still spelled wrong. She said she would update it and it's still wrong.

Called up nervous seeking information and solution. Sheldon was amazing. It’s why we like talking to humans over bots.
He was able to target my concern, and importantly explain them in detail. Provide options as well as consequences. We were able to make the corrections and get started on remedy. Super pleasant experience. Thanks for making something stressful easy and obtainable.

Do not trust this company. They are full of BS! They offer a fake “tenant letter” while resolving your credit issues and it’s just a horrible service. This is a scam

Very negative!!! I was lied to about a couple of items being on my credit report twice!! Not true, so now I am out of money of 799.00 that I can’t get back! They won’t refund me….thanks a lot Diana fot lying to me 😡

On April 7, 2026 at approximately 6:30 PM EDT, I signed two Credit Dispute Services Contracts with Credit Sage LLC, 833-821-1397, 2093 Philadelphia Pike Ste 5702, Claymont, DE 19703. I was charged a total of $478.00 ($399.00 for credit repair services and $79.00 for inquiry dispute services).
On April 8, 2026 — less than 24 hours later and well within the 3-day cancellation period required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and stated in Credit Sage’s own contracts — I attempted to cancel both contracts and request a full refund.
Credit Sage initially refused my refund, claiming they had already sent dispute letters on the same day the contracts were signed. This has no legal basis — the 3-day cancellation right under CROA is unconditional, and any work performed during the cancellation window is at the company’s own risk.
I sent two formal cancellation emails to hello@creditsage with an attached cancellation letter citing the specific federal law and contract language. I also called Credit Sage multiple times. During my calls, I was told an “Account Manager” would call me back. When I continued calling to follow up, they repeatedly hung up on me.
Credit Sage eventually sent a cancellation confirmation email at 5:33 PM EDT on April 8, 2026, acknowledging the cancellation — but made no mention of the refund. As of this filing, I have not received my $478.00 refund.
I have documentation including both signed contracts, all email correspondence, and recorded phone calls showing Credit Sage’s refusal to honor the cancellation and their representatives hanging up on me.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
