My wife wants to transfer out her pension to a SIPP, having left her old employer. Creative Pensions provides a 'transfer out' link on their site, but clicking on generates a 'page not found' error. We have written to them and will update on here when we get a response.

Having decided to get my benefits out due to personal circumstances in the beginning of September of this year I eventually received the paperwork on the 15th.
Paperwork was completed photocopied and returned recorded delivery the next day. (As I was told that they needed all the paperwork before the end of the month so they could make a payment on the 5th November.
I then receive an email in October telling me that they hadn’t received all the relevant paperwork and for me to resend. (This is a complete lie) I sent the copies of the originals by recorded delivery the next day, and now having phoned them 26th they will not be paying me until 05 Dec!!!!! As They didn’t get all the paperwork by the end of September. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE in todays current financial climate. I am waiting for a manager to call me back (but having read other peoples experience with this company I am doubtful)
I will not be advising my employer that this company is not trustworthy and they should like at providing another work place pension company.

Terrible company!! Avoid avoid avoid

Frankly the worst customer experience you could imagine! No way of contacting anyone, call options through call options to try and speak to someone. No dialogue once you do, rude people speaking to you and months upon months of waiting without any real explanation! AVOID!!

Refused to transfer out my pension to my new one.
Gave numerous fake reasons as to why. After showing email proof that counters there claim I still work for my old company. They have now refused to reply to emails! Just gone dark. Company is pure fraud.
Next step is to contact the government and oppose them.

This company is terrible. My wife passed away in January and I have been trying to withdraw her pension since, nearly 6 months now. They do not answer the phone and if they do they say someone will call you back, they don't.
I have also been told is is being finalised (twice) and would get a letter within 5 days. I haven't on either occasion.
The pain is unbearable having to deal with your late wife's estate without a company treating you as these people do.
They appear to be borderline(??) fraudulent.

I lost my money, beware always check your pension scheme every week instead to increase your money will decrease. I rang them then he told me it happened to decrease because sometimes if you invest it goes down which is right. Then I answered him. My money contribution fund is not yet invested! Then he said to email them but until now no answer. Be careful with this company.

My pension is losing money hand over fist. Applied to take my lump sum but it's taking ages and meanwhile the fun is dropping daily.

Utterly shocking and unprofessional indeed.

They break every promise they make.
