Very thick cover which was made to exacting specifications. We had found it really difficult to get an off the shelf cover for an outdoor bar table and chairs and delighted to come across this made to measure solution.

We always had problems with outdoor covers which were supposed to be durable but were easily ripped in the wind but not anymore. The Covers and All outdoor covers we have ordered are well worth the small extra cost to get a premium product.

after placing my order and paying the amount in full over a month ago, i still have not received my cushion covers. I have received an email over a week ago advising that i would receive them on 3 December. It is now 7 Dec and I still have not received them.

Exceptional product. Arrived promptly and exactly how I ordered. Very good quality and very well made. I highly recommend these guys.

I expected to pay for quality made in WA, instead I was annoyed to find out it was made elsewhere and shipped in. Again I paid for express delivery by a certain date and received many repeat emails saying my order had been ‘updated’ when it then arrived late. I would recommend searching elsewhere online for the same quality, but probably cheaper.

The Cover Finally came into my possession as the Tracking System by FEDEX/TNT was practically useless and really out of time frames. The Cover appears to be well made but was far too big compared to what I ordered, the allowance by Coversand all of approximately 1" more is way too excessive. I actually had to cut 3" off the height, and it is still about 2" to wide. The cover was made for a Square Generator and in no way resembles the shape of the Picture I supplied. If I was t order another one I would now remove about at least 1.5 to 2" from every dimension.

Cover was correct size, quality material and the personalisation I ordered on it was perfect. Time between ordering and delivery was great. Would definitely recommend.

When I ordered this I was led to believe that it would be auctioned within 2 days and delivered within 2 weeks. My order CAU3000008762 was ordered on the 5th of November and it is now the 30th with possible delivery on the 2nd. Plus I have not received any postal tracking or carrier details to follow its progress. Its getting close to one month since ordering which I find unacceptable.

I was informed initially that my custom made tarp was manufactured in Australia, only to find it has been made in India.

The finished product is good quality but it doesn't not fit correctly. Despite sending links to the manufacturers website which details the product specs better than I could or photos could the cover does not fit as well as i would like. It will do the job but I would not be able to recommend this to others. Delivery was swift.

Its all good! Fits well according to my dimensions I gave to them, material feels it will last! Also arrived on time! This is the second time I buy from this trader, will buy from them again! Happy!

Scam of a Company. This is one of many trust pilot accounts read the others to get the truth.
Paid almost £200 for bespoke curtains for an event needed for my Job and paid almost £40 additional postage for guaranteed delivery.
Delivery missed by a week and when I tried to get support they were USELESS and refused to refund me.
I had to go though PayPal and raise a case and PayPal protection helped refund me some of my losses.
Please please read the reviews and buy elsewhere it looks like at one point they may have been legit ( unless old reviews are fake and paid for) but please read the the recent ones and help bring this scam to an end
