I’ve been using Convertri to host my website, and recently none of my changes were being published — even after multiple attempts and following all the suggested troubleshooting steps (clearing cache, different browsers, etc.).

I reached out to their support team and initially received a generic response asking me to try basic fixes, which I had already done. I even sent them a screen recording clearly showing the issue — yet after that, there was complete silence for over 48 hours. No resolution, no update, not even an acknowledgment beyond the initial emails.

For a platform that charges a premium and claims to offer fast publishing and reliable support, this is completely unacceptable. When your website is live and time-sensitive changes don’t reflect, it directly impacts your business.

I’ve now had to consider cancelling my subscription and moving to another platform. Convertri might work when it works, but when something breaks, you’re on your own.

Love this addition to my kit. First found it after looking at the Quizitri offer on AppSumo and wondering where that came from! Only four stars because it needs some additions to make it perfect for my needs, but as a basic funnel builder and platform for simple online offerings, it can't be beaten!
Pros:
+ excellent page builder functionality, making it easy to get things placed exactly where you want them on both desktop and mobile views
+ once you've found what you want, easy to get it set up and sorted
+ excellent customer service - very quick and helpful and can usually find the answer to any question I have within an hour or two
+ exceptionally fast loading on the front end which is crucial for sales pages
Cons:
- navigation around the different parts and the page builder is not intuitive, so it takes a while to get used to where things are
- checking everything is hooked up and working as it should takes a bit of trial an error as the specific bits that need to be turned on/sorted are in a few different places and the knowledge base is lagging behind (but again customer services were great here)
- the course builder and display is basic, so the display for additional videos within a lesson is quite clunky to navigate for end users (would be amazing to be able to build a display template for this like the pages)
- can only show one currency within an account, so once you've picked you can have e.g. a membership in one currency and a separate offering in another

There are other bits and pieces that I both love and would like to see improved, which I'm hoping will happen over time, but for now, I'm really pleased I decided to switch over from a website plugin that I'd been with for many years (and is half the cost).

It will definitely be added to my list of affiliate links!

Easy, fast and affordable

Good platform for what I needed - landing page builder with metrics. 2 star rating for customer service that hit me with a recurring charge for a full year's subscription and then told me there was nothing I could do about it. Not a very customer friendly way to run a business.

Their platform is great. It loads up really well and is fast and easy to work with. I have 5 campaigns (funnels) that I've made and each one was a joy to create. They also have a good support team who respond in an efficient and timely manner. Very happy!

How do I love Convertri? Let me count the ways

It is the fastest response I have experienced, and they act quickly. Covertri fully understands the importance of providing excellent service to attract loyal customers. Unfortunately, there are only five stars to choose from, but I would like to give them ten—fantastic service from the beginning to the end.

Customer service is really exceptional. They always return and solve my questions. Expect top of the line professionals at this company.

I’ve been a loyal Convertri customer since 2018, but unfortunately, the service has gone drastically downhill. Recent experiences have left me with no choice but to leave a negative review and warn others about the risks of relying on this platform.

The most critical issue has been non-functioning forms on landing pages, which have repeatedly stopped collecting leads, causing immediate damage to my business.

For example:
• On October 18, 2024, our forms failed for three days, wasting ad spend, increasing lead costs, and losing sales. The issue eventually “fixed itself” with no explanation from support, leaving us completely in the dark about the cause or how to prevent it from happening again.

• On November 14, 2024, it happened again, forcing us to pause ads and lose out on another campaign. Despite escalating the issue as an official complaint, the resolution process was painfully slow, and I had to repeatedly chase updates for over a week.

While Convertri’s support team is polite, the responses have been surface-level and unhelpful, offering no meaningful resolutions:

• Instead of addressing the deeper technical problems, support simply confirmed when the forms started working again—something I’d already verified myself.

• There was no real investigation or assurance the problem wouldn’t happen again.

• Requests for escalation to management were ignored for several days, leaving me feeling unsupported and frustrated.

These issues have caused significant financial and operational damage to my business:

• Wasted ad spend and disrupted campaigns.

• Increased costs due to Facebook’s ad algorithm being thrown off by non-conversions.

• Missed sales opportunities and wasted time troubleshooting.

After years of trusting Convertri as the backbone of my business, I’m now migrating to another platform. I can no longer rely on a service that puts my business at risk with recurring technical failures and a lack of accountability.

If you’re considering Convertri, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere unless you’re prepared for unreliable performance and inadequate support.

Convertri customer service is like no other that I have experienced in a technology company. Very helpful, positive and supportive of customer goals and needs. I communicated with Lexie who was awesome. I truly believe they are a stellar company and I look forward to using Convertri to it's fullest going forward.

I'm an affiliate marketer who got into Convertri when it originally launched and I haven't found a better platform since then. I've tried other funnel builders, but they don't allow you to send as much traffic, they're not as fast for building or loading when visitors visit, they're supports not as great, and they're not as simple to use. In my experience anyways.

If you're looking to build simple, high quality landpages, and send a bunch of traffic then I highly recommend giving Convertri a try!

Convertri is a safe and sound, sold platform that allows easy to learn setup of web pages, funnels etc. the functionality is very diverse

Not a bad platform for what I needed - basic landing page builder with metrics. But I rate it only 2 stars because as with others, their customer service is very weak and feels greedy. I missed canceling after a free trial by a few hours and so got charged 99$, and my request for a refund was refused. Yes I should have canceled in time, but they charged in advance for the next month, and refused to refund even when I told them I would not use it. Many other similar platforms do much better.

On 4 March I purchased convertri software, then the last time I tried to login and make use of it, which was about 2 weeks ago it didn't work.

I only see a blank screen, no dashboard.

When I contacted support to resolve the issue, including giving them a screenshot of the data, the only answer they had was that it had to do with one of the extensions.

And that I need to deactivate and or remove one of the extensions or software programs on my computer, such as anti virus or something else, no specifics were giving.

When I double checked I was told that there can be no more specifics than that, which would mean I would have to get rid of all my computer software such as protecting my computer from hackers and all the extensions that are installed until the convertri software would work.

That is unacceptable to me, because I could do all that and it could still not work until I figure out which program prevents it from communicating with their online software data setup, that is their doing not mine, therefore I ask for a refund.

But because I was outside of the 90 day period, they refused my request.

Again, this is unacceptable, and I will never ever purchase anything from them!

I've tried several website builders, but Convertri stands head and shoulders above the rest. As a business owner, I need a platform that's not only easy to use but also delivers results. Convertri ticks all the boxes and then some.

The support is dreadful. Firstly they state that the problem is not down to them. Then having proved that it is they reluctantly pass it to their product team and then you hear nothing!

I had inadvertently resubscribed to the service and was charged, but the company went above and beyond by providing me with a full refund when I reached out. Their willingness to resolve the issue and ensure customer satisfaction is truly commendable. Thank you, Convertri, for your excellent service and care for your customers!
