Edward was AMAZING ! ! !
He was professional, stayed on task even though I was all over the place, he LISTENED, and he knows I.T. and he is very friendly, polite, and personable. I taught I.T. in a Bachelor of Science in Networking Technologies, 24 courses and wrote 12, and Edward kept me on track. My issue was a bit complex, too. I am very grateful for Tech Support like Edward, and IONOS is VERY VERY fortunate to have him on the IONOS team, because after teaching 1000's of learners in college, I can assure you, they are NOT all created equal, nope.
