I went through several interview rounds at Napollo Software Design, including an online interview, an onsite coding test, and a final discussion. I passed all the stages and was told I would receive feedback within a week.

It has now been two weeks, and I have not received any response or update. I also sent a message on WhatsApp, but it was not seen or replied to.

I believe companies should respect candidates’ time and provide clear communication. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing due to the lack of response.

Please be careful before investing your time.

I’ve spent the past several years developing the concept for my startup, Life Swaps, and I finally began building the MVP about 8 months ago. I chose Napollo after speaking with many firms, and I’m genuinely glad I did.

The Napollo team worked with me for more than 9-months with two projects core to migrating our site from outdated ASPx technology to a more flexible system with the advances that have come with web development since rolling out our platform in 2003.
