Would give them 0 stars if I could. Multiple people hanging up after calling them when picking up my car. Called when through customs as stated on email and had their operators hang up and not answer multiple times resulting in me having to wait over an hour for my car. Also whoever was in charge of picking up my car when I handed over the keys had stolen my Baccarat Rouge 540 which was a £265 bottle of aftershave.

I would not recommend this meet and greet parking company.

The service was very disappointing from start to finish. While dropping the car off was relatively straightforward, the return experience was unacceptable.

Our Ryanair flight was delayed, and despite keeping the company informed, we had to wait more than 45 minutes for our car after landing. This was especially difficult as we were travelling with our two-year-old child, late at night after a long journey. The purpose of paying for a meet and greet service is convenience, but this experience was anything but convenient.

Communication was poor, and it was difficult to get clear updates on when our vehicle would arrive. After paying over £112 for the booking, plus the airport drop-off and pick-up charges, I expected a much more professional and reliable service.

A wait of over 45 minutes after a delayed flight is simply not acceptable for a premium parking service. I will not be using this company again and cannot recommend them to others, especially families travelling with young children.

I booked this Park & Ride on the Compare site as it came recommended and not far off my route from. I then read all the reviews and was horrified. I have wasted my money. I have now booked elsewhere…

I booked through Compare Airport Parkings because they appeared significantly cheaper than the established airport parking companies. However, that low headline price is misleading.

When I arrived, I was unexpectedly told I had to pay an additional £20 per person (£10 each way) before they would even accept my car. The booking page only stated “Airport Levy charges not included”. It did not explain that this was a mandatory charge per passenger, nor what the amount actually was. For couples or families, the extra cost quickly adds up.

In my opinion, this allows them to appear cheaper than competitors while customers only discover the true cost when they arrive and have little practical choice but to pay.

I also found the term “Airport Levy” misleading. The payment I was asked to make was presented as the compulsory transfer charge to get to and from the airport, rather than being clearly explained as an airport-imposed levy.

I wasn’t the only one caught out. Several other customers arriving at the same time were equally shocked and upset after being told about the unexpected charge.

To make matters worse, when I returned and called for collection, I was told I could be waiting up to an hour, despite everyone having paid these compulsory transfer charges. Fortunately, another airport parking company kindly gave me a lift back to my car. Other passengers waiting for the shuttle were also visibly frustrated.

I found the pricing lacked transparency and the transfer service was poor. I won’t be using this company again.

The worst company ever, do not book with th. They used/stole my petrol that was full and came to it being on 90 miles only left.
They leave your car in the car park with your keys on top of the wheel so pretty much your car can get lost.
They will block your number and I struggled to get in touch with them.
Please read their reviews on Google and trust pilot instead of compare airport as they are fake.

Very good easy to use

Easy to book and whilst I was waiting a bit longer on the site they send me a discount code. Only thing that worried me was the details for the 2nd car didn't come through so I had to phone up. Luckily the number on the discount code email worked and the gentleman got me the email for the 2nd car straight away.

It to be dropped off in a car park and had to pay £13 to enter and exit the car park. Advised them of the arrival time and still had to wait over an hour. When we dropped the car off, a worker at stanstead said this company is operating illegally.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Awful experience quite far from airport. Down a very dark bumpy pothole lane . Thought my car was going to be damaged . When you get there met by Indian men in a tin shed who take keys off you and you have to pay £17 aswell as parking !

Landed at 11pm phoned at 11.20 an hour later they turned up to collect us not good women or family’s at night. Other company’s turned up at least 4 times on shuttles and even said if not collected in another half hour they would pick us up and take us ! Finally bus came after at least 8 phone calls . No lighting to see where car was very dangerous as ground is uneven . Wasn’t even cheap ! £ 90 for 4 days !! Use a reputable English company.

Booking was easy, communication was good. Was a little unsure when I arrived at the location as there were no signs and it didn’t really look like a car park but everything went smoothly and transfers were good

Before I went on my trip I bought snacks which I kept in the car, then when I arrived back, they were late by 1 hour to give me back my car, and all my snacks were eaten and crumbs left everywhere. They didn’t even finish the whole pack for one of the snacks, they ate half of it and left the other half in the car. I tried making a complaint which I was promised would be resolved without 24/48 hours. It’s now been a month and I’ve followed up on it both by email and WhatsApp and they just ignored my message.
Do not use unless you want the worst experience, it’s better to just get regular airport parking, at least you know they aren’t going through your stuff in the car

We booked Forge pick and drop at bristol airport. We read all th summary about £7 being left in thr car and then and £7 needs to be paid after they drop the car off to you. Now what they didnt tell us and we saw in the email confirmation after paying was, that they wanted you to pay £8.50 on a contact less device directly to the driver before handing the keys over to you.

I have contacted the compare company and they replied about the 2 x £7 fees, but when I showed them £8.50 demand, they stop replying and its been over 2 weeks now. Save you momey and go directly with Silver Parking at Bristol and dont get conned by these goons. Im in thr process of reporting them to the bank and ombudsman.

I booked a meet and greet throw this website on holiday my car been used damaged and petrol been emptied and return they took over hour to return my car could not get throw to them properly when calling. They badley damage my car they say call and leave report to complain email they never got back to me I called and called they block my number I have contact compare car park with bad review they told me explain everything when I did they stop replying and never again replied to this day I would advice anyone not to use this website it is scam and worst in uk they use ur vehicle while ur on holiday

Do not book with them. I have had nothing but issues with them since the moment I arrived. They do not tell you you need to pass keys to them in order for them to park your car. The 'car park' is a dirt track and just awful. Asked to call half an hour before you arrive yet no one answers. The drop off vehicle is terrible. They also make you pay for the drop off there and back and wanted cash. When I asked to pay by card I was told to transfer into someones private account (not dodgy at all). On the way back I was advised to call again 30 mins before which I did. Trying to get a hold of them again was a nightmare and could barely understand them. After waiting over half an hour I saw the man who dropped me off drive straight past me. I then had to wait for over an hour to be picked up. After countless calls and arguments with them finally they arrived and sent 3 men to pick up 1 solo female. I felt unsafe. They didn't help me with my luggage at all. Then when I got back to my car the window was down and also it was unlocked. The men said I need to speak with head office. I have emailed 4 times and have had 1 response. The whole thing was a joke. Still awaiting a reply after a month. Do not book with them!!!
