We had to wait for ages poor communication and customer service

40 min lates from when I arrived, despite calling 30 mins before arrival - and then when they did arrive to collect the car, no apology after countless phone calls > on return, car didn’t get delivered until and hour after my phone call

Easy booking system and a cost effective option for us.

I made numerous attempts via multiple methods to contact them about the booking and amend it over a period of several days, and received absolutely no response. Additional charges beyond the payment made at time of booking were necessary (not including the amendment which I have been unable to make at all), these were inadequately signposted at best.

The website is good at doing comparisons, however they don’t properly vet the car parks they show. I signed up for meet and greet parking through this site and then got landed with additional fees adding another 30% to the original charge. These were not communicated transparently at any point during the transaction.
When I raised this with customer service, they were dismissive, saying that I should have navigated to another part of the website to read that. There was nothing at all to point me in that direction. I have since raised a dispute with my bank and with trading standards. They need to step up and hold the car park businesses accountable for transparent charges before people make their payment. If I had been informed of the additional charges, I’d have opted for a different car park. Now I’m going to have to pay double in the hope of getting a refund through my bank for the unscrupulous car park. Afterall, if I can’t trust them to be transparent about charges, I can’t trust them to look after my car.

By charging £10 each way on your bus transport you are no cheaper than park and ride at the airport

I booked parking and found that my partner had already done so , so needing to cancel, i chattedon line within 15 mins of booking and wsscharged£ 9.95 admin fee and will have to wait 7 days to get the money back the money they instantly took money gor nothing wont be using again im afraid.

Terrible would never use them again be aware it’s scam

No problem with the booking side of things but the park and ride at Bristol is a joke!!! They’ve made us almost miss our flights twice now!! The second time was as because I didn’t realise I’d booked the same company again!! Bristol park and ride!! DO NOT USE!!!!

Started off well, quoted me a competitive price of £67, not bad for a last minute booking. However, after making a payment the email stated I needed to pay £13 entry and exit fee each. Hence another £26. All of sudden that is not so competitive. If anything, this is deceptive tactics. Whilst a no refund within 7 days is mentioned, I will be contacting card issuer as I will not be using this service and request a refund. I will book elsewhere where I am not deceived. Thank you.

If I could give this service a zero I would. Firstly when we arrived at the car park there was no transport to take us to the airport so I had to drive my car and let a stranger drive it back. Then there was an extra charge of £17.00 for the barrier which should be included in the compare price for a fair comparison. On the way back we have so far been waiting an hour and 10 mins for pick up. Dreadful and I want a refund

Waited for almost 2hrs for the shuttle to go back to the car park and the staff kept lying that the shuttle will arrive in few minutes willl never ever ever ever recommend

Don’t use this company! We waited an hour and 20 minutes to be collected from the airport. Firstly they did not pick up the phone for 20 minutes and then we were told to wait 30 minutes, the bus arrived an hour later. Drop off to the airport took 30 minutes before we were taken. No communication to tell us of delays. Booking experience was easy this must be why they have good reviews.

The website was average but a very helpful man from a Crawley number made the experience excellent

My son told me we were flying from Birmingham so I booked meet and greet there only to be told three days before it was actually East Midlands, I emailed compare airport parking and the next morning I received a phone call from them and they sorted it out straight away with no fuss, an excellent service and will definitely use them again

Avoid. I booked through them and had to cancel (I had cancellation insurance). I phoned the number they provided and a chap said “sure, we’ll refund.” After 3 weeks, no refund so I phoned again. Turns out the number was for the car park operator not compareairportparkings and he said he had nothing to do with refunds. I’ve emailed compareairportparkings twice and they don’t respond.
This is a complete ripoff and missselling of the product.
Avoid them.

Would give them 0 stars if I could. Multiple people hanging up after calling them when picking up my car. Called when through customs as stated on email and had their operators hang up and not answer multiple times resulting in me having to wait over an hour for my car. Also whoever was in charge of picking up my car when I handed over the keys had stolen my Baccarat Rouge 540 which was a £265 bottle of aftershave.
