They insist that drivers should call them 30 minutes before reaching the airport.. I called them mroe than 50 minutes before but they didnt arrive in time and I missed my flight. Called them several times but the receptionist was either yawning at home or fobbing me off by saying the driver will come in 5 minutes. The driver came at 10:01hrs for a 1045 flight and I missed the flight. Have complained lets see how they handle the refunds and loss of money in rebookings etc. Several other people on the way to and on collection were complaining of bad service and considerable delays.

Just made a booking at Luton. Airport says the drop-off charge at London Luton Airport is applied per vehicle, not per passenger and the Express Drop-Off Zone fee is £7 for up to 10 minutes. The park and operator says £10 drop off and £10 pick up and I know they will charge per passenger because I experienced this at LHR. And they don't announce the drop off / pick up fee when you are using comparison sites nor until the booking is about to be paid. Prepare to be ripped off.

Lacked professionalism.
Called 30 mins out as instructed, waited 5 mins when arrived at the airport terminal.
Coming back I called as soon as the plane landed, it took us 15 minutes to get through the security etc, the guy originally said 30-35 mins. When I got through (15 mins later) I called to check how long and they said another 30 mins.
I then ended up booking an uber to where the car was. The location was not remotely secure or safe but just a little bit of waste land at the side of the road.
Would not recommend.
They also never mentioned that we’d have to pay the airport drop off fee (£8.60 each way) until the booking had gone through.

A total rip off. Had to pay for the car park when I booked it and then when you arrive you get a ticket and have to pay again. When you leave you get another ticket to leave and pay again. Our flight was delayed and we had to pay again. No leeway, no understanding. Nothing

Had to wait 90 mins for car to be delivered back to me. Rang them 4 times and they lied to me saying my car was en route when I could see from my app it hadn’t left the field it had been parked in. Then left me on hold for 8 minutes until the car arrived as he was sick of me calling. Appalling service. Do not use.

We used a company we found on this site and found ourselves in the early hours of the morning incomplete dark travelling an unmarked country Lane that even a 4x4 could be destroyed by! On arrival there was no lighting, no organisation, language barriers and we (on a completely uneven surface) had to get our luggage into a van ourselves. This was followed by a terrifying journey at excessive speed through villages and on arrival at the airport, again we had to unload our luggage ourselves at a substantial distance from where we needed to be.
For our return journey, we waited over an hour for collection, which ended up being by Taxi as the two vans being used previously had both broken down. The Taxi arrived after we had been threatened by one driver that as we took a photograph of the private vehicle they were using, they would not come back for us!
Appalling experience that we suspect is a thoroughly illegal venture!
Do not, however desperate, use this to find your airport parking.

Having used to drop & go services at many airports for years, I would not book with these guys again due to several issues:
A) The person answering the phone is very hard to understand and frankly quite rude. B) They are not using the normal drop off parking area which is very close to the terminal but instead they use the short stay which is a longer walk. C) You need to call them 40-45 mins before you arrive (it only takes me 35 mins to drive to the airport so where are they parking my car??). I called as soon as we landed and it still took a total of 45 mins before the car arrived. For those reasons I will not book with them again.

Booked parking. After checkout, additional fees that need to be paid at the airport were then mentioned.

My advice is to avoid using 'Compare Airport Parkings'. The service provided fell significantly below the expected standard and resulted in both financial loss and considerable stress.

I used the Compare Airport Parking website to book parking at Stansted Airport and booked 'Swift Meet & Greet'.
As per the instructions provided, I called Swift Meet & Greet 30 minutes prior to my arrival at the airport to check in with them.
Despite this, no representative was present to meet me upon arrival at the agreed location in the orange short stay car park at Stansted Airport.

Upon arrival and after eventually making contact again, I was informed that I would instead need to drive my vehicle to their off-site compound and arrange my own transport back to the airport via taxi. This was not communicated to me in advance and directly contradicted the meet-and-greet service I had booked.

This failure caused multiple issues:

- I incurred a £13 exit fee from the short stay car park.
- The unexpected requirement to travel to an off-site compound, combined with the lack of prior notice, meant I did not have sufficient time to reasonably make my flight if I had followed their instructions.

As a result, I was forced to make last-minute alternative parking arrangements at Stansted Airport at a cost of £99.99, in addition to a further £13 car park entry fee.

In total, I have incurred £125.99 in additional costs due to this service failure, not including the original booking fee paid via your platform which totalled £53.93.

When I drove to the Swift Meet and Greet Parking, the conditions within the compound were terrible and not somewhere where I'd want my car to be kept. There was no one there to help, book in my car despite being told to drive there which left me with no options.

My advice is to book through the genuine airport parking. Despite this being more expensive initially, by booking through Compare Airport Parking, I am over £100 worse off.

Worst experience ever using this companies website and provider called Pioneer Parking! Did not deliver the service which I paid for which was meet and greet. Company was using different mobile numbers to communicate and never answered the phone when they knew they could not deliver the service.Nearly missed my flight. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely appalling company.
I tried to change my booking by 4 hours due to a change of flight time, and was told it's a £20 admin fee. I then checked the small print to discover that these charlatans charge £6 per person EACH WAY for the airport shuttle. When I cancelled I was then told I was only entitled to a 60% refund, even though I paid extra for cancellation cover. I was told this would be refunded within 10 working days. I have still not received this, well over a month later. Despite numerous emails, I am now being ignored. This company has effectively stole my money.
I would leave a zero star review if it was possible.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I did not have a good experience. When I arrived for my departure the driver was on his phone to DPD sorting out a personal delivery and it was difficult to communicate. On my return, my car was parked in orange bay from 11pm. It was 11:30 on booking. I did not land til gone 12 as flight was delayed. I had no way of contacting you. You paperwork clearly states only to call when through customs with luggage. You did not wait for my call and I incurred extra charges. I phoned multiple times and eventually someone answered wasting more time. Then I had to wait for the driver which was another 10 mins or so. I have written an official complaint via your email address to request a refund of £25.
Not a good experience.

After payment the company sent the address and I looked it up, it was not a secure car park it was a warehouse near some dodgy area that had no parking. The lady I spoke to was pleasant and cancelled my booking as I said after being away I didn't want to worry about my car in that setting. She said it can take up to 10 days for a refund. If this money doesn't come back to me I will open a bank dispute. So it better and I have emailed them to confirm which they haven't replied to. Used airparks instead, they are far more reliable.

Update 9/7/26 - The company have refunded me £4.95 less than what I paid. They are absolute cowboys and I'm GLAD that I changed my mind. DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR. I've changed my rating to 1 star but I'd rather give it 0 stars.

The company I used were absolutely terrible! I booked a meet and greet service on dropping my car off they were over half an hour late to collect my keys making me almost miss our flight and on return they left me and my 15 daughter sitting in an empty car park for almost an hour...I tried 18 times to call them asking where they were when they eventually answered they told me they'd left my car on a different floor and when I found it they'd left the keys just sitting on the tire and because it took me so long to find it I then had the added upset of having to pay even more money to get out the car park. Absolutely disgusting I would thoroughly recommend you remove them from your list of suppliers as once I looked into them further they have terrible reviews from everyone!

I used Compareairportparkings to find and book Sapphire Parking Gatwick Meet & Greet at a good price of £54 for 5 days. The instructions came in an email with a number I should ring 30 minutes before arrival and instructions not to pay any money to the person picking up the car. I rang several times and call went to giffgaff voicemail with no option of leaving a message. I was very unsure of what will happen when I arrived. There was a foreign speaking man at the pick-up point with no identification so I was completely worried about giving him my keys. Then he convinced me he was with Sapphire but insisted I pay him £8 parking fee. I informed him I was not to do this but he would not take my keys otherwise so I had no choice but to pay as I needed to catch my flight. On the return the issues were similar and the ticket they gave me to leave the airport parking lot didn't work I managed to speak to someone at Gatwick and they said that Sapphire had not paid for me to leave so I have to pay again. This added an additional £16 in total to my experience with this company! I will not use compareairportparkings again if they can't properly vet companies who use their platform. It raises strong safety concerns!

Avoid at all costs!
The companies they recommend are of very poor quality and our meet and greet service was non existent on the return home to the UK. After waiting ages for our car we were told to get in a minibus by two men with no ID or uniforms and we would be taken to it. As two females we were not happy to do this but was the only way to get our car back. Were on the verge of calling the police until other holiday makers also had the same experience and we travelled with them to a dingy unlit yard in the town centre and had to hunt for our cars using our phone torches. The keys were stuck on the back window, anyone could have stolen them as no security. An absolute nightmare and no action taken to refund after many emails sent to complain.
