Booked meet and greet paid over 100 pounds for this service, When you look at this company online it seems cheap to book the meet and greet IT IS NOT, Gets to Stansted Airport phones them 30 mins prior to arriving there as requested, told to park in bay B, were suppose to be meet and greet? Were waiting around a Man turns up gives me a ticket to pay £13.00 at the machine so he can drive car out. On return we arrive 1 hour 15 mins early, booked car in till 10am, Phone up to have car delivered to be told we are early car is booked in till 10 so thats what time they will deliver CAR ,I couldnt believe it so Rude on the phone, 10am comes no car keep phoning the number NO ANSWER eventually i get a call but I missed it at 10.18am tried to phone back, theres a voice message which I still have Message says DO I have to bring car to you? I phone back and man answers to be told Car is in BAY B , KEY has been left on the front passenger wheel arch, and a ticket on dashboard to pay another £13.00 to exit car park, were walking up and down trying to find car, eventually did. Phoned up company to be told if you want to make a complaint send a EMAIL. which i have dont expect a REPLY, What a experience never ever had a problem with Airport Parking in past, Obviously I Have never used this FIRM, will never use them again, be aware they only interested in your MONEY, This is not meet and greet, ITS MEET AND ROB, please be careful of this company, once they have had your money not interested, wish I had of read the reviews on this Firm they are shocking.

AWFUL! We paid for meet and greet at Stansted airport. When we tried calling when we were 30 mins away (as advised), the company weren’t answering phones and kept diverting our call - first red flag! When they finally did answer, they gave us a post code to drive to instead, saying Stansted airport car park was full. We drove to the post code - and it was about 5 miles away from the airport. We were then told we’d have to make our own way to the airport - and the uber cost £25! We weren’t alone- this happened to LOTS of customers that day.
When we arrived back in the UK, they left our car in the airport car park - there was no meet and greet service. Our key was left on top of the tyre in a busy car park and so could have easily been stolen! They also parked our car in a disabled bay, so I’m expecting a fine. I also had to call them more than 20 times after landing.
Dreadful dreadful company!!!! Avoid!

Awful awful service at Stanstead! This is not a meet and greet service if they make you wait over an hour for the car, and when it does arrive, they park it wherever with no phone call to alert you that the car has arrived, the number they give you to phone is useless as he cuts you off and then stops answering your calls. DO NOT BOOK
A scam, do not use. I called 22 times upon drop off, no answer. Upon arrival, I waited 2 hours until my car was dropped off to me. Very rude, very fraudulent. And expect to pay £13 x 2 on top of the price advertised.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid. 50 minutes either side of flight is a joke. Staff are all rude and useless too. AVOID. Scam
I normally go for Stanstead Meet & Greet direct but for some reason it was unavailable for my last travel. I chose instead the Swift Meet & Greet by Parking 4 you.
My first issue with them was calling 30 minutes before, I tried for 25 minutes, the phone was either ignored or I was hung up on. When we finally got through they said they would be 45 minutes! My adult son had to call them back & confirm they were in fact collecting the car as they were very rude to me (I'm guessing it was because I am a woman as they were not rude to him)
When they finally came to collect the chap was incredibly rude.
Pick up was the same. My son actally started calling as soon as we got off the plane (we had no luggage to collect) we had been through security & were standing in the car park before he got through, again 20 odd minutes & again we were told 45 minutes before they dropped off. We called 3 times more as I could see on my app the car had not moved.
When they finally came to drop the car we saw them enter the car park but did not appear near the drop off area. We walked to the area we assumed they had driven only to find my car parked at the top of the 2nd row in a disabled bay. My son ran back to the pickup area trying to find the driver. Eventually he had to call again, only to be told they had left the key on the wheel!!
Seriously, they knew we were stood waiting for the car & they abandoned it at the far end of the car park with the key on the wheel, a £55,000 car.
This company is the most unprofessional & rude bunch of cowboys I can honestly say I have come across & I work in construction!
As such I would not recommend anyone uses them & if I could get my money back somehow I would.
I feel this is a dodgy outfit - it all turned out ok in the end but there were times I thought I’d probably not see my car again…
They were late arriving at the airport to collect my keys, even though I called 30 mins before to let them know when I was coming. It meant I only just made my flight.
I had to hand my keys to a random guy in a van and he gave me no slip or receipt. I also had to give him £10 to pay the ticket. As it was so late I had to just go with it even though I felt uncomfortable and I worried about my car all weekend.
On return I called when landed but when I came to the pick up place noone was there. However my car was still parked in the same place as I had left it four days earlier. I waited 20 mins (and had to call to chase) before a guy arrived, got in my car, drove it around the block (out of the garage and in again) and gave me the new ticket to pay. It was highly dodgy! However my car was safe and in good condition and I got it back - but I will book with a more reputable company in future

One confusing point. When booking it says leave cash for driver to exit, but on booking it says pay by card. This makes me think they do not actually pay full price and have a deal with the airport, so they make extra profit, which is a shame that they are not transparent 😢

Told us to ring 30 minutes before arriving at car park, which we did. They took well over an hour to meet us and take the car. Man who turned up could not speak English and just literally took the car with no receipt or paperwork at all,which I thought was strange but by then we were running late!!
On return we rung when landed and told 30 mins. This is now 02.30 in morning met a couple there that had been waiting since 2.30pm and when tried calling was always answerphone and then told its on its way. This man had his car on tracker and said it had not moved in all that time it also looked like it was parked on a side street on double yellow lines and there also was an accumulation of people being told the same thing although during the afternoon they did receive their cars, but this poor man still had not!! I rang the firm back as it had gone 30 mins and said I wanted the car in the next 15 mins or I’m calling the police, the man said it would be an hour!!!
The whole thing is a shambles drivers turn up with cars but do not know anything other than the number given to all!! Lucky for me my car turned up in one piece 15 mins later, is that because the police were mentioned I wonder . Also just as we started to leave the man that had waited since earlier in the day said his car had started to move 12+ hours after he should have. This company should be stopped for their lack of professionalism and care, it’s very scary to have had a great holiday then come back to that situation!!!!

Sadly Parking4U does not help or care for its customers. I got a parking fine through one of their sham operating partners when I was out of the country and reached out to P4U for help in locating this company to ask them to pay the fine.
I just continually got brushed off by P4U even though I was only wanting their help, not making them accountable.
But sadly, they refused to help and made excuses for partnering with proved scammers. Showing no accountability for their actions and customers.
First of all the site mixed up the booking times, and instead of 00:00 it booked me on 23:59 of the same calendar day, i.e. 24 hours later. This resulted in a big mess with Fly Away parking who was my parking provider, who charged me £45 more for bringing my car out from behind a hundred other cars.
Fly Away were extrenely rude and delayed tremendously both on departure and arrival, I was close to losing my flight on departure.
Awful experience overall.
We followed all instructions given when leaving our car and a driver took the car from us from the short stay car park. On return to Heathrow I called the company used and they said I had not left the car with them as booked. After numerous phone calls, sending screen shots from Tile of where the keys had been in the 2 weeks and 2 hours, the car reappeared, with over 20 miles recorded while it was "parked".
In hindsight I should have asked for ID and a receipt of some kind for the car. Doesn't seem to be adequate structure to the service, won't use this service again!

La semana pasada contrate un servicio de aparcamiento con shutlle a través de la plataforma PARKOS con una supuesta empresa que se llama PARKING4U.
Nada más llegar esperamos más de 30 minutos dando vueltas dentro de un descampado buscando a alguna persona ya que solo se veía un local destartalado y cerrado, en ese tiempo llamábamos al teléfono que nos proporciona la web.
Cuando nos contesta el teléfono era un hombre colombiano (cuente esto como dato ya que yo soy uruguaya y nada más lejos de la xenofobia) gritando que porque le habíamos hecho 8 llamadas. le digo estamos en la dirección que se nos indico y nos dice tenían que llamar 20 minutos antes a lo que le contesto que llevamos media hora llamando. Me grita e increpa indicando que no nos va a recoger que b busquemos otra opción. A todo esto le digo que ya no puedo y que vamos a perder el avión. a los 10 minutos aparece otro hombre dando vueltas por ese parking y nos dice ya viene apárquelo ahí, señalando un espacio y deme las llaves.
10 minutos más tarde aparece otro Colombiano en un coche se baja entra al parking coge un coche de los que tiene allí aparcados y nos dice subid. Se notaba claramente que el coche es de un cliente que lo dejo ahí, que este hombre también se notaba estaba bajo los efectos de alguna sustancia, venia con otro hombre de la misma nacionalidad que se subió al coche con nosotros e iban hablando cosas fuera de lugar claramente bajo el estado de alguna sustancia. Si llego a estar sola no me monto en ese coche pero al estar con mi pareja e ir ya tarde al aeropuerto decido subir. A la vuelta el avión se retraso 30 minutos, llamamos para que nos recojan y por teléfono le dicen a mi pareja que no puede ser que habíamos quedado 30 minutos antes, a lo que el le dice entiendo pero no puedo hacer nada el avión se retraso. ven a recogernos y nos dice 10 euros más por eso a lo que decidimos aceptar no había problema con eso. Salimos y esperamos media hora más, y oh sorpresa vienen con mi coche cuando yo había pagado shutlle no valet. El coche seco de gasolina, por supuesto. y para pagar me pide que le haga un bizum. Esta supuesta empresa no dispone de furgonetas para el shutlle ni de pda ni de oficina. son 3 colombianos en un terreno cogiendo los coches de la gente, ni factura me han dado. PARKOS debería revisar que tipo de empresas se suscriben a ellos y contratamos a través de ellos. Reitero que es algo peligroso ya que una mujer sola no querría encontrarse ante esta situación. Se ampararon en todo lo que hicieron diciéndome estamos en la plataforma parkos y esto aquí es así.
una vergüenza . No solo me cobraron por un servicio que no se brindo sino que además pusieron nuestras vidas en peligro montando en un coche particular con esa gente.
