I would give zero if I could. These guys are a 100% SCAM. ordered a brand new coffee machine last year and been around 8months but not delivered and we were given same reasons of delay in delivery. They refused to give a refund claiming the money was paid to the supplier. Till today no machine is delivered and now they have even stopped taking our calls. We paid a big amount and this company just scamming people and nothing is getting done. That’s our hard earned money which he took away in minutes. We never knew about his scams and can only warn people. If you’re reading this coffee Beanery, stolen money will never help you go far. Your days will come.

Outstanding invoice form August 2024 not paid & won't pay!!!!!!!

Buyers beware. This company has taken our money and not supplied the products. Contacted the company and keep getting told there are delivery delays. Ordered a coffee machine in August 24 for Delivery in August 24. It is now January 25 and still no sign of the product. NO communication from Coffee Beanery. Every time I contact them we just get the same man with the same story. In Reply to the comment by Coffee Beanery. I placed my order on the 5th August 2024. I have notification from you that my order is currently being processed on 17th August 2024. That was the last correspondence that we received from you. This review is true and honest and not fake!!

Yet another failed delivery for a machine order. After months of trying to contact them finally managed to speak to someone today, the same person who I have been speaking to the whole time. Said the company went into liquidation back in March. Will be taking this as far as I can to get a refund. , if you are reading this do the right thing and just send through a refund. Have lodged a complaint with fair trade and will be taking it to NCAT if I have no luck with fair trade.

we paid for a Ditton KR1403 coffee grinder from this company, in march this year we were told one week delivery then 1 month then another month, have still not received grinder or refund, have gone through the fair trading department with no gain i am now in the process of going through NCAT, but have the latest ASIC extract, they say they have gone into liquidation
so do not buy from this company as ever think is a fake,

The company has gone to external administration again for the second time in 3 years. Check ASIC register. The owner is a low life who has no morals. A check with fair trading shows that he has duped many customer of at least $160k.

He will continue to dupe and probably set up another company ABN. Only way to stop is to get the owner.

Those or you who have been duped should contact media and get publicity on the conmen. The more publicity we get on this, the better the chances of getting justice. I was duped for $7100 more than 18 months ago for a coffee machine that was never delivered. He has been operating full time since,

I purchased a DeLonghi coffee machine on August 1, 2024, and was told it would arrive within two weeks, but it did not. When I called on September 1, I was informed of a delay and assured that I would receive the product within another two weeks, which still hasn’t happened. On September 27, I requested a refund (also sent an official email) and was told it would be processed within 5-10 days, but I have yet to receive it. I called again on October 7 and received the same response. Now, on October 17, I have been trying to reach them through all the provided contact numbers and emails, but I have received no response.

I have ordered a machine on 18 August and have several conversations and each time told it's been delayed will be delivered in 1-2 weeks after reading these reviews I think it's time to request refund lucky I used PayPal

Ok so after our conversation I waited 2 weeks then cancelled my machine a week later I asked where my refund was I was told it would take 7 working days so after 7 working days I rang and was told the director would be in at the end of the week to sign refunds at this point I put a claim in with PayPal who got my money back on exact days stated and never another word from company

Our alarm bells went off when we saw this website had social links to Coffee Beanery. When we googled Coffee Beanery we found these reviews and the Office of Fair Trading has put out a warning not to deal with this company. We nearly lost our money!

The best in the business for coffee machine sales expert advice for my needs and great pricing

I can vouch that this company is a scam. I also bought a coffee machine from them in 2023 and after promising delivery within 1 week, nothing. All of a sudden they blocked my phone number, never returned phone calls or emails. I went to NSW fair trading, who didn't do much at all to be honest. Then i went to NCAT who where terrific. The Judge ruled in my favor, Oh and by the way no-one from Coffee Beanery attended the NCAT hearing. A few days coincidentally after the NCAT hearing, the NAB Fraud department was able to recover my money for me.

Please don’t use these people!!! At least not for a coffee machine. Here’s my experience - apart from 1 call I have everything in email so if you want to see the history I can show you

It’s September 2024 - I ordered a refurb coffee machine in November 2023. I was told December delivery. Then feb. Than more delays. Etc etc. I was being patient since I was after a refurb and understand they may not always be available but this continuous delay and lack of clarity I gave up waiting and asked for a refund. They requested bank details and I gave them. 7-10 days I was told. 6 weeks later I called. Spoke to someone. Sounded honest. He took my name and said he’d go to the accounts dept. that was 2 weeks ago now. I’ve sent a few of emails since and no response. I tried to go through PayPal but because I was being patient and trying to do what I thought was the right thing it’s been too long for them to refund me. My only course now is to keep nagging these people for a refund which I don’t believe they’ll give. I will get into PayPal to try my best to stop this company using PayPal shortly

My guess is they know after 6 months PayPal won’t refund so they fob you off for 6 months after which it’s very difficult to get anything out of them

I wasn’t going to write a review but after seeing so much hate, I had to.
I ordered a coffee machine for home.
I had delivered in under a week.
I got what I payed for!
Great service. And love my product.
Don’t know what people are going on about.

Reading all the reviews these guys don't seem to delivery ANY coffee machines at all. The don't actually have the capacity or stock sell any machines. They do sell coffee however so they make good on $10 sales but not $1000 sales. It's a great way of puffing up an obvious scam company. I'm surprised department of fair trading hasn't shut them down yet so I'll initiate a claim to get the ball rolling. I recommend all others that have been scammed by these guys also follow suit and place a claim against them.

Advertised online.... spoke before purchasing and was advised unit was brought off racking refurbished and then posted out. Purchased the unit and was advised dispatch will be after 7 to 10 days.

After 10 days, rung up again and was told breville had a delay and was not dispatched from them. So in fact not on the rack as originally mentioned.

Said would call back and advise a week later. In that period I raised a pay pal dispute where they had opportunity to explain situation but never replied. So a full refund was issued from paypal.

do not buy from them. Simple as that !!! 100% genuine review. Not fake.

I bought a coffee machine that seemed like a good deal. My concern at first was that there was no acknowledgement of the sale. No tax invoice nothing. This was almost two weeks ago. I left them a voice mail about my order and nobody got back to me. Then I saw all these reviews on trust pilot. My bad for not checking first before buying. I've reported the transaction to Westpac and I will recover my money shortly but as it happens this whole process is a waste of every body's time. Looking at their response to everyone else's review they're going to cry fake but I might just review them on my YT channel where I can share the bank transaction and relevant info so others don't get suckered into this scam.

UPDATE: I've just sent the Paypal Transaction number and details to Trust Pilot. It's a shame there is no attach button so I can attach it to the review so you guys all realise these guys are nothing but scammers.

I bought a coffee machine from these guys a week ago. I did not so much as even receive acknowledgement of the purchase. I've left two voicemail messages and no response. I've now come to trust pilot and had a look and it seems everyone else is having the same problem. These guys are taking money and doing nothing else so please be cautious of this scam company. I bought via Paypal so I will get a refund by force but this was completely unnecessary.
