Flavour strength can definitely come down to brew method and grind size. We noticed the order was selected as a metal filter grind, which is generally a little coarser and may brew softer in a moka pot. Moka pots usually perform better with a finer grind, so that may have affected the intensity in the cup.
We’re glad Blue Gum was the standout for you, and we really appreciate you giving our coffees and cold brew concentrate a go.
