BEWARE - do not purchase from this company!!
I’ve made multiples attempts for them to refund a bar fridge I purchased in November which has never been delivered. I spoke to them over the phone and they confirmed they had the product in stock and convinced me to pay via bank transfer for a discount prior to the purchase. After multiple follow ups over many months, sent in endless loops saying my emails would be ‘passed onto accounts’ I engaged with Fair Trading NSW.
They had advised that there was an issue with their bank account and they would refund once sorted, however they have stopped responding now to Fair Trading.

Avoid at all costs.

Really impressed with the coffee blend. The taste is rich but not overpowering, and it brews nicely every time. Fresh aroma and a smooth finish make it perfect for daily use.

The coffee arrived fresh and packed well, with really nice aroma when I opened the bag. I've been using it daily in my home machine and the flavour stays smooth and balanced. I'd happily order again, though I'd love to see a few more blend options available. This is my 2nd purchase and I'm happy with the coffee.

Purchased a bar fridge after they called and offered to remove delivery and discounted the price. They then took a long time to deliver. When I contacted them to obtain an ETA, no response via phone or email.

Only when I contacted my bank to commence a charge back did I get an email. They then claimed they had refunded my money and showed me a fake invoice detailing it had been refunded. Each time I responded to advise the funds hadn't arrived, they told me to check with my bank.

Still waiting to get my money back...

I've ordered a couple of times now and the quality has been consistently good. The coffee tastes fresh, smooth and full of flavour without being too strong.

Everything arrives properly packed and in great condition. It's become one of my regular choices for both home and work coffee supplies.

Coffee Beanery has a great range of beans and brewing gear, and everything arrived well packed and exactly as shown online. The quality was really good overall, although one of the blends was a bit milder than I expected. Still very happy with the experience and would order again.

Ordered beans and a coffee grinder, both quality items and easy to use. They've already made my morning coffee routine much better. Delivery was a bit delayed, but overall I'm satisfied.

BUYER BEWARE!! I do not recommend any purchase from this company, they are dishonest. All the negative reviews are likely to be true given my experience. They will take your order and money online, provide fake or fraudulent delivery confirmation and the goods will most likely never arrive despite being informed via email it is always only another 2 weeks away. In frustration when I requested a refund I was advised that their Credit Card Gateway has changed, they no longer had access to that dashboard and they were unable to process a refund, but advised me to arrange a charge back with my own bank. My bank advised that this was not a legitimate reason to refuse a refund of funds. They are very professional scammers. WARNING! DO YOUR SELF A FAVOUR AND DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE WITH ANY ONLINE COMPANY LIKE THIS BEFORE COMMITTING TO PURCHASE!

I contacted the supplier and was told that they had stock and Coffee Beanery hadn't contacted them and they are doing this all the time. Just my experience... though I should have read the other reviews.

I've ordered a few times now and each delivery has been reliable, beans are aromatic and smooth, and the variety available makes it easy to try something new.
