I had a very disappointing experience with Childrensalon Outlet. My order was marked as delivered, but the tracking information was inconsistent, showing that the parcel had been returned to the depot due to an incomplete address. Later, I was told it had been delivered, with the only evidence being a photo of an unknown person accepting a parcel.

As a result, I lost the money I paid for goods that I never received. The order was for my baby, so this also created a very stressful situation for my family when we needed those items.

What disappointed me most was that the retailer took no responsibility for resolving the issue and simply accepted the courier’s account. From my experience, if something goes wrong with your delivery, you may be left to bear the loss yourself.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Childrensalon Outlet.

Bought online 1st October a pink Mayoral coat for my 2 year old great granddaughter as recommended by her great grandmother, excellent delivery and packing, perfect fit and the little girl looks great in it, her dad, our grandson, and all the family well happy with it.

I was excited to see that my chosen purchase was 50% off! I live in Canada and knew I would have to pay a shipping fee. I paid DHL the mid-range price point for pretty fast service, considering it was coming across the pond. Nowhere on the childrensalon outlet site, did it say that there would be an extra import fee when it arrived in Canada, to a tune of an additional $66+! I debated on just letting the item go back to origin. After several messages per day from DHL via What's App and email, I ended up paying the extra import fees. So, I pretty much paid full price for the item I purchased. At least I will know for next time, if there is a next time. We'll see if I like the quality of the piece.

Sent me something that had been used and when I returned it they blamed me for it. Claimed they had cctv footage of them packing when asked for the footage they refused to send it. See you in a small claims court. You CONMEN!!

Just received my first order this morning, after only purchasing online yesterday (Sunday!), and choosing standard shipping! Incredible! I purchased two Stella McCartney gift sets as a present for someone who is expecting, and I couldn’t be more delighted. The items are beautifully soft and just so cute-and different! They came together in one parcel, but were packaged separately in lovely Stella boxes. The shop also included a sweet children’s passport sticker/activity book, which was a lovely touch.
Unfortunately I’m too old to have any more kids of my own, but I look forward to ordering more items from this company in the future for friends and family. Highly recommend. And the prices are fantastic!

I've been ordering from Childrens Salon Outlet for the past year or so. I am blown away by their efficiency every single time I place an order. When placing an order, without fail, that same day I get a dispatched email from DPD and the goods arrive the next day (even though I pay for the standard shipping). All the products available are of the highest quality but with a significant discount. I am always extremely happy with my goods and I am so glad I stumbled across this wonderful shopping portal.

I've bought a baby stroller bag that was originally £80 with only £20. The bag looks exactly like it did in the pictures, I was shocked that I was able to buy it with such a low price, nothing wrong with it, perfect condition, just wow.

Wanted a top for my granddaughter purchased from childrensalon. It arrived earlier than stated packed beautifully and the quality is amazing. My granddaughter will love it. Also included a small packet of haribo sweets. Everything was first class. Will definitely be shopping with them again

Lowest prices I've found for hugo boss kids clothing. I selected the fast delivery option 2 days ago and will be receiving it tmrw. Im in Canada and its coming from UK so thats great timing. As well they have great customer service

We have been ordering from this website for almost a year now, the clothes are beautiful, they have some really good deals and the website is easy to use. Given that they are baby clothes I don't really mind if it's last season as long as the clothes are quality and weather appropriate! Really love this website!
