Bambino Baby Anmeldelser

Great service!

I went in with my 2 month old ( who is now 7 months) with an aim to get a baby carrier. Roamy was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I had a list of things I definitely wanted from a carrier and she was able to help me narrow it down to three to try on. My baby needed a nappy change and feeding whilst I was in the shop and she was able to accommodate both.
I am very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend anyone to visit her shop.

Great product selection, including brands that aren’t available elsewhere in the uk. Also very speedy delivery.

So pleased that I found a UK retailer selling the MiniMonkey Twin Carrier with free shipping! Saved me the pricey delivery charge from the Netherlands. Smooth process placing the order and delivery was super quick :)

My parcel seems to have been forgotten about by Royal Mail, but Roamy was absolutely amazing throughout! She was so helpful and kept me updated, keeping an eye on the tracking for me. When it looked like things weren’t moving, she went above and beyond and sent out another one to make sure I received it.
I also reached out for some advice on using the sling, and again, the communication and support were fantastic. The sling itself was super easy to put on and use.
Thank you so much for all your help! I highly recommend the Mini Monkey and the amazing customer service that comes with it. ❤️

I had a wonderful shopping experience with Bambino Baby. My package arrived on time and everything was perfect. The baby carrier is absolutely beautiful, even more gorgeous in person! I’m very happy with my purchase. Thank you!

Lovely staff. I wanted the bebetrek sun cover and they kept me updated on customs clearance even when they were themselves on holiday away from shop!
I bought a gorgeous yellow sun cover and it arrived when they said it would. Pleased with service - thank you!

Fast and lovely response to my query
Product sent out beautifully packaged with prompt delivery

Excellent - quality product, quick delivery, amazing communication

Great communication and able to support me with an International product.

Absolutely love this shop! I've now bought two very different baby carriers here, as well as lots of other bits and pieces, and every visit has been a great experience.

Both times I went in with a rough idea of what I wanted, and Roamy was amazing at talking me through all the different options and helping me find the carrier that best suited my needs. She really knows her stuff!

It's also such a great space for parents, with a feeding area and toilet/baby changing facilities, which makes it so much easier to pop in when you're out with a little one.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone looking for babywearing support or quality baby products!

Amazing shop with amazing staff thank you for your help and advice

Prompt and extremely thoughtful customer service, speedy delivery and I love the items I ordered! Would recommend without a moment's hesitation!

Great product (Bebe Trek). Great customer service. Roamy went above and beyond to assist me and keep me informed when my selected colour will be available again and even suggested if I don't want to wait other colour options. I stumbled upon this shop looking for a particular product but for sure it will not be my last purchase here. Keep the good work :)

After frantically searching for something lightweight and UPF rated to cover my little boys pushchair I stumbled across this lovely website. The colour of my chosen BebeTrek blanket was out of stock so I sent a quick message not expecting to hear back any time soon. The response was pretty much instant and Roamy managed to get the colour I wanted uploaded onto the site the next day following a shipment arriving. Contact with Roamy was excellent from start to finish. Order arrived a few days later and has been excellent. I’m still testing my new baby carrier out for our needs but know if there’s a problem that help is a click away. Thanks again!

Great product at a great price. Really happy with the whole experience from start to finish.

Excellent service! I was going on holiday and ordered a carrier last minute and Roamy went the extra mile to make sure it arrived on time.

I have recommended the UV cover to everyone!
It has been a necessity for me with a young baby, it is always in my bag

Fantastic business and great customer service. I was delighted with the sling, it was a sent out so quickly too. Highly recommend

Excellent customer service following a packing error
