I ordered three items for my daughters birthday. They arrived on time, packaged beautifully and she is very happy with them. We had one minor issue but this was dealt with promptly and courteously. I highly recommend Victoria London and will be using them again for sure.

I have never experienced such awful customer service.

I bought the 3 piece subscription on 24th Jan this year. The delivery date was due within the following week, 3-5 business days as standard. The delivery date kept changing to a later date however and I was not told why. I did then politely enquire on 10th February when I was to expect my order. I heard no response for a full week, so I sent another email. It took sending four emails, and I finally got a response. The response was to say that order had apparently been despatched (even though I did not receive an email to alert me or tracking number), and it was likely delayed due to the royal mail delays. I then had to email a further 5 times over 2 weeks to receive another response on what the Victoria London team was planning to do about my situation as it was still their responsibility to provide me with the goods purchased. I understand that the royal mail delays were out of their control, but this does not explain why it took 2 weeks and 4 to 5 emails to get a single response from the company. There was a clear lack of professionalism and proactivity in solving the issues.

I finally received my order and it was of average quality (as expected); not worth the countless emailing to get the jewellery.

I was also charged for another month of the subscription before the order from the first month had arrived, so a refund was offered and accepted. I accepted the refund on 6th March. I have still not received the refund. I work 60 hours a week and do not have time to send several emails a week just for a simple business transaction.

Therefore, I would not recommend this brand to anyone unless they want to see how far their patience can be stretched.

I like it, was delivered fast.

Item was worn for a total of 48 hours and the silver became a bronze colour. Tried to contact the company multiple times using different methods but no answer. I suspect I will need to go through my bank to request the return of the money I used to purchase the goods. Beautiful necklace but bad quality.

Impossible to contact Victoria London by any other means when you have an issue apart from digitally, no contact phone number and when they don't reply or respond to emails or messages your pretty much stuffed. Would never use or buy from them again. UPDATE - This has now been resolved which we are very grateful to Victoria London for dealing with, however any company supplying goods or services online should ensure they have a robust route for the customer to be able to contact and raise any issue with their purchase, in this instance we found it incredibly difficult and was only addressed when bad reviews were starting to appear on Facebook and other places.

Lovely bracelet for my mum. High quality and fast postage. Couldn’t be happier

I ordered a double layer ‘gold’ anklet. After wearing it for about a week I noticed the ‘gold’ had come off in places and was black. A few more days of wear and it was all pretty much black. I sent photographs to the company asking for an address to return it for a refund. I received a reply to say it’s my fault and I’d clearly put perfume/lotion/water etc on it which I had not. I explained this and again asked for a refund, I was told they’d send out a replacement, I said no I do not want a replacement because the quality would be the same I want a refund. This was ignored, 3 further emails all ignored. I do not recommend this company, I don’t wear substandard jewellery and I don’t appreciate being blamed for the poor quality of their products. Today I have sent a fourth and final email again asking for a refund or I will contact my bank.

My triple waterfall bracelet is lovely, I love how the three chains move and ripple just like water. A choice
