Cerami Anmeldelser

Bought a small bowl and jug for my mother who loves ceramic things. The items were hand delivered which was a very nice touch and they are absolutely beautiful. My mother hasnt stopped talking about / using them and the customer service for the company and communication has been brilliant.
Great prices for the product recieved.
Will be using this company at every opportunity in the future.

Well where do I start. Cant remember where I heard about this company but boy am I glad I did. I have been browsing their wares for months waiting for the right colour combo for my partner. THEN it arrived. Dark blue with green and all sorts. As soon as I seen it I knew it was right. So right I got the 4 piece dinner set for my family of 3. Extra large bowl, extra large serving plate AND x3 extra small bowls. I was so nervous about if it was going to arrive in one piece and if the design was what it looked like online. THEN it arrived, it was so expertly packed I was doubting I'd get it all back in the box ready for my partners Christmas present. I am in awe of it all, it's truly a work of art, someone has gone to a lot of hard work to make this. This is the best present I have ever bought my girlfriend and I cannot wait to see her face when she opens it on Christmas, she will looooove this. To use it on Christmas day with her food will look stunning. I dont know whether to use it or frame it it's that beautiful. I will easily be buying more from Cerami, easily! I'm that happy I have already half picked my cups. I was only troubled how big they were so I asked and got an answer promptly. The customer service is superior and never had such a personal touch. Thank you Sergio.

The price was very fair for what I got I need to add.

Simply put if I could give this a 10 star review I would. I have never thought that when I use Trustpilot!

Thank you Cerami, thank you Sergio.

Plates and bowls are absolutely gorgeous, thank you very much, can't wait to eat from them. Great price and thanks for the 15% off next purchase.. Will order again.

Beautiful item received very quickly
Good communication throughout.
Large platter with unique glaze, love it!

Enjoying my beautiful artisan plates from Cerami. After a few hiccups where all the items were damaged in transit by the courier, the team at Cerami couldn’t have been more helpful. Hence 4 stars. The products themselves are excellent.

Amazing! Bought a few cups. Arrived very quickly. So beautiful! Cannot stop looking at them and use them! Going to buy more things. Love it!

I recently purchased a dinner set for 4 people and I cannot recommend Cerami enough, they have been brilliant. The dinnerware is beautiful and even nicer in person than it looks in the photos. It arrived quickly and for the price paid, is very high quality. The customer service and ease of contacting them have been some of the best I have ever experienced with online shopping, very quick to reply to messages and help out where they can. Very impressed and would definitely recommend, and purchase from again!

Really excellent and friendly customer service and a beautiful product . So happy with the selection and quality of the dinner set I have purchased . Highly recommend

Incredible crockery. I've had a longstanding love affair with this type of ceramic crockery and have sourced from abroad on many occasion! These plates have exceeded my high expectations and I feel it is dangerous for me to have access to such beautiful original crockery in the UK which I've not been able to source before. Aside from that the customer service is the best I've ever seen. Carefully delivered with a hand written note and email to ensure we got them safely. Many thanks Cerami, I'll be buying again I'm sure

The most beautiful crockery and such attentive, fast and kind customer service!! Can not recommend highly enough and cannot wait to buy more beautiful plates for my kitchen!

We have purchased several pieces from Cerami and they have always been amazing. Customer service is the best you can find, always there to help and will fix any issues that you have with your order. The pieces themselves are beautiful and unique, both for yourself and as a gift.

Can’t recommend them enough, and will remain a loyal customer for life.

Beautiful crockery! Unique pieces, wonderful colours. We are very happy with our purchase and the customer service - both online and delivery - was friendly , helpful and personal. Thoroughly recommended 😀

I had originally bought 2 of the mugs in Munich and since have been looking to buy more. I am so happy to have found this website which has beautiful selections of high quality yet at a decent price. And I couldn’t believe when I got my delivery in..3 hours from my order!! Better than Amazon :)

The most beautiful plates anyone will ever own!
Not only are these plates gorgeous, but if you’re clumsy like I am, you will want the option to replace plates in your collection (if god forbid you smash one) or even add plates, bowls and platters of all different colours to the collection!
These are the perfect gift and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
On top of the product itself, the customer service is unlike any I have come across! They are reliable and honest and will respond to all your queries, no matter what they may be! The loveliest seller I have had the pleasure of contacting! I know it won’t be the last time because I’m already planning my next purchase!

Love my new crockery - arrived in good time and the communication was brilliant
Thank you

I honestly can’t fault this company. The stuff is beautifully made and safely packaged and customer service is excellent!

My plates arrived from Cerami incredibly quickly and in perfect condition. They are beautiful and very unique products. I would definitely order from Cerami again, and have recommended their products to friends and family!

Bought a bunch of matilde plates and bowls a few days before lockdown and I must say that the plates have made lockdown all the better! Love the plates and bowls which were very carefully packed in recycled packaging - always appreciate that! Will be ordering more for sure :)

Amazing service and beautiful products!
I ordered a bowl this morning and it was hand delivered this afternoon - Wow! I love the bowl, it’s beautiful, will definitely shop with them again!

Cerami crockery are handmade pieces of art, I cannot explain how happy and satisfied I am with my new dinnerware pieces! You can really feel the quality and fine touch.

The extra bit is the amazing customer service that I received (especially from Sergio) who has taken care of the user journey in such a lovely way, going from his personalised emails to chatbot assistance.
My crockery arrived faster than expected and I can't recommend them enough.

Keep up the good work!
