Disappointing experience at Snapes. I returned a faulty yard brush with a receipt,  expecting a simple replacement, but was met with poor customer service and an argumentative attitude instead. I was even told it was “common sense” that a screw needed fitting, despite this never being mentioned when purchased. In the end I was given a refund rather than a resolution. Such a shame as I like to support local businesses in Cheadle Hulme.

The product was as advertised and was exactly what I wanted.
Also, the time taken to deliver from time of order was quite quick.

Good price delivered as promised, I wish I had realised they were local and I would have picked up rather than paying for postage but that was my problem. I will go straight to the shop next time
