Visited my sister in Grace Lodge in Thornbury. Used the guest suit, which is very comfortable, clean, and spacious for 2 nights. Spoke to Tracy
(manager) who was very helpful and pleasant and understanding.

I visit Beecham Lodge in Cirencester with my pop up shoe and slipper shop so residents can buy good quality comfortable footwear and I find them very friendly. Clean modern environment to live. If you're thinking about down sizing this is a perfect place to enjoy your retirement.

My mother and I were shown around Yeats Lodge in Thame by Melissa, and we were both very impressed. The entire place was clean, tidy and had such a lovely, welcoming atmosphere.

Melissa was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable, answering all our questions and making us feel very welcome.

It was clear that a lot of care and attention goes into making Yeats Lodge a wonderful place to live. The residents appeared happy and relaxed, and there seemed to be plenty of regular activities and events to keep everyone involved.

Overall, a really positive experience. Melissa is a real credit to Yeats Lodge and Churchill Estates. We couldn’t have been more impressed!

If you are looking for Retirement Living close to great facilities do not hesitate. I frequently visited Sapphire Lodge and it is kept impeccably clean,a lovely big welcoming lounge where I often see the owners enjoying coffee mornings or doing keep fit. They all seem so friendly and Managers keep the place well run. Close to shops and little cafes which is fabulous easy flat route.

Huge room, really clean, comfortable beds, good shower, no noise, great value.

We recently visited Ford Lodge in Handforth to visit family and stayed in the Guest Suite which was very comfortable .It had everything required to make our visit a pleasure and the manager Priya was so helpful in ensuring we were catered for all our requests .Soon as we entered the property we were made to feel so welcome and we would highly recommend a visit.thanks to all staff and residents and we look forward to our future visits.

I go to Beeches lodge living complex to a couple of the owners, I am a carer so go most days.its always very clean and tidy, has a really nice atmosphere. The home manager Shirley Fairley is always on hand if any problems for the owners, she is always cheerful, helpful and very welcoming

No reply from Careline on arrival on a Saturday afternoon about 1.30pm . Luckily after 10 mins a resident took pity on me and let me in.

The guest suite was adequate but no milk, no biscuits, no water and no toiletries in bathroom. No spare loo roll and the one provided was adequate for one person for one night only.
As a contrast Rothesay Lodge provide decaf tea and coffee in addition to caffeinated, bottled water, quality biscuits, milk snd toiletries
Both lodges charge the same. Some consistency would be helpful.

Also the TV connection was rubbish - it took me 10 mins to get the TV to work. The electrics need updating - a double adapter in the wall with a four plug extension attached !!
Amd to add to this - no hairdryer!

My mum has recently moved into Moorhouse Lodge, Huntingdon.
From our very first visit with Roberta, the Lodge Manager, we were well looked after. Roberta goes above and beyond to give up her time and care for everyone in the building. Her care to us as strangers was very clear right from the start. Buying a property is a very nerve wracking experience but Roberta was a constant positive and very informative about the building itself and the way it all runs.
Moorhouse Lodge is beautifully kept, has so many activities and meet ups taking place. The residents have all been very friendly and welcoming of someone new! We can’t fault the place and feel content my mum is in a safe and happy environment. Well done Moorhouse Lodge and Roberta 😍

My mother and father-in-law have recently moved into Hudson Lodge in Sutton, a quality property that feels like a five star hotel. The move took place over a long period and was very stressful for them. Jeanette Shelton, the manager there, has been absolutely amazing. Shortly before the move Jeanette invited my in-laws to a gathering at the lodge to give them an opportunity to meet some of the other residents. She also liaised with me to help sort out a few minor details and helped ensure the move itself was effortless. She is hands on, very willing to help and has demonstrated that nothing is too much trouble. I want to thank you Jeanette, for the all the help and support you’ve given and continue to give my in laws. They are so happy there. You are an absolute credit to Churchill. I think you’re doing a fantastic job. Just keep doing what you’re doing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 😊

I visit Paddock Lodge every week to run an functional chair fitness class for the owners it is a lovely place with a very helpful lodge manager Julia long may my visits continue

My mum lives in Concorde Lodge in Filton and the manager John Sheriden is an absolute gem. He does so much for my mum I really don't know what I'd do without him as I can't always get there to help her. He goes above and beyond and I just hope he never leaves!

Ive recently moved into Hadley Lodge, Quinton. I have found everyone very helpful and friendly. A positive experience all round!

We live in Lewis Carroll Lodge. Cheltenham is a wonderful complex and an equally wonderful manager.
I would rate them both five star plus.

We had an emergency at my mother's apartment in Park Lodge Billericay this morning. Broken lock and mother locked inside with us unable to gain entry. She is vulnerable and we cannot thank the manager Paul enough for the caring and efficient way he dealt with it. Expert there within 20 minutes, constant support throughout and lock fixed. Mother safe and secure again. Thank you 🙏

Very comfortable guest room. Extremely clean with great facilities. The manager Jill was professional and friendly and made sure I had everything I need for my stay.

Kate at St Giles Lodge in Tonbridge, really does go the extra mile to ensure all the residents are looked after. She regularly organises various activities and meals & her outstanding service really is appreciated.

From making an offer for the apartment at Parkside court Southport,to all refurbishment being completed. Liz the lodge Manager has been absolutely superb.very helpful and always available for everyone. A very friendly well run building.

My partner and myself stayed at Fairbanks lodge this last weekend. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Also friendly residents and very helpful Manageress. We look forward to staying their again soon.
