Outstanding service from the sale to installation

The staff members are knowledgeable, efficient, and professional! They show up when they're supposed to and finish quickly! I will absolutely use Carpet Baggers in the future and recommend them to all my friends! I worked with Jim and he called me after the install was complete to make sure everything looked good and went well. They also replaced serveral baseboards for me! Fantastic service, all accolades!

From the moment I first walked into Carpet Baggers, I was made to feel welcomed and important. It always feels good to be greeted by warm smiles and helpful people, which is exactly how I felt when greeted by the folks at the front desk. They directed me to salesperson, Jim, who listened carefully to my concerns and needs for new carpet and helped me select one that was perfect for my needs. On installation day, Jim was there, along with installers Beto and Caesar, who were extremely efficient but fun, too. They did a fantastic job! I would highly recommend Carpet Baggers to anyone looking for a great selection and terrific service.

We purchased a new home in Walterboro SC. The carpet was a mess. I emailed Carpet Baggers and had a phone call back within 20 minutes. It was after hours, so I figured it would be the next day before I would hear from anyone. But by the next day I had a nice man named Glen at my house with samples! I had a timeline I needed to meet...Glen got my carpet ordered and installed days before my timeline was up! Beto and his son were wonderful to me and installed my new carpet. All I can say is Thank You!!!

I had a great experience with Carpetbaggers flooring. Everyone was always on time when they said they would be at my house and the installers were experts who worked hard to be sure it was done well. The Earthwerks vinyl product that we purchased has to have special prep work and they spent a lot of time getting it just right.
I would definitely recommend this company if you want quality products and service.

I am in the middle of the largest remodel I have done before. 6000 sq feet. There are many types of flooring requirements in a job of this size. From carpet to tile or even hardwoods and laminates, I seem to find excellent selections and quality materials at Carpet baggers. They are always professional and extremely helpful in helping me to pick the right materials. By always walking each step of the way with my needs they have earned my total trust. I know that if anything were to go wrong or if something were to be defective, they would stand behind me 100%. But up till this point I have never had any problems, and I have found the products they have sold me are of the highest quality and standards available today. I would strongly suggest before spending money elsewhere, that you take a few minutes and allow one of the professionals talk to you. You will be glad you did.

We had our kitchen backsplash removed and replaced with a new one. Anthony was incredibly helpful, informative, and accommodating in setting up the job. Danny, the installer, did an amazing job and was very careful in our home. We are so happy with the final result and will certainly use Carpet Baggers again!

Reid was very helpful, friendly and professional. The service was quick and the installation done by Clayton was excellent. He arrived at 7:30 am and did not leave until the flooring was installed at 7:45 that evening.

Amazing! Professional and great materials

I shopped around at a lot of places looking for new floors for my house. I was treated the best at Carpet Baggers. The sales lady, Nancy, really knows her "stuff". I like how they have large sections of the floors laid down so you can see exactly how it's going to look. Some places just had a small strip of the floor for you to see. Nancy even let me take home several large samples. It was like checking out a library book. I took them home and my husband and I put them in different rooms and decided on which one we liked best. Then I took them back to the store and told them which one we chose.
It doesn't take long to get the floor once you order it. Two men installed it in one day. I wasn't there when they installed it but my husband was. The next week when I saw it, I loved how it looked. But I did find a problem with it. There were several boards that were loose, as in bouncing when you walked on them. It was in the kitchen in a high traffic area so I called them and the boss man came out, saw the problem and had one of the guys who had installed it, come out with the boss the next day and they redid that area and made it right. I am happy with my new floors and I would recommend Carpet Baggers to whoever is looking to replace their floors.
