This is my second experience working with Glenn Orr of Carpetbaggers. First of all, he was very attentive to my needs...the selection and installation of hardwood flooring in four bedrooms of our beach house. He provided me with samples, left them for me to ponder, and placed the order so that the wood could be delivered and "seasoned" before installation. The job took only two days to complete. The installers were amazing workers. They arrived at 7:30am, ready to work, took a 30 minute break for lunch in their van, and stayed late both afternoons to complete the job in two days. They cleaned our floors and arranged our furniture before departing. I cannot say enough about their work's quality and their work ethic. Exceptional! Great job. We are very pleased. I went five carpet places in town before deciding to go with Carpetbaggers. They had the best / biggest selection, seemed knowledgeable, were easy to work with, and quick with responses. The flooring was delivered several days before installation so that it could acclimate to the interior of our home. The delivery was right on time and handled very efficiently.

Pedro and Bruno were chosen to perform the installation. This crew was professional and courteous throughout the two-day installation. The quality of the workmanship was top notch, and their attention to detail and thoroughness showed in the finished work.

Anthony inspected the finished job before calling the work complete. Traci Jobling followed up with us to make sure we were completely satisfied and had all of the information we needed with regard to the warranty and the proper care of our new floors.
