Excellent Company. Great prices on a wide range of products. When we had an issue with something we ordered (no one’s fault), Customer Service was exemplary! They dealt with the problem quickly & efficiently plus they sent a replacement next day! We will definitely be shopping with them again!

The company cancelled my order without any explanation or apology. I immediately checked their site and it listed the lights as still being in stock. That has since reduced to only one in stock, which I would still have bought given an opportunity. I went to another supplier and bought what I wanted.

Ordered a cream coloured calor gas heater for my 77 year old mum was a good price unfortunately they delivered a red unit instead of cream (simple mistake) unfortunately I've now emailed five times with no response, and between me and my mother have phoned on average three times a day for two weeks (even managed to leave a message on one occasion) but no one answers the phone or replies back to you?! I live two hours away from mum she's elderly and can't just take it to postoffice needed the correct item sent out with a return slip for courier to collect wrong item as there mistake! I've never known a company with such poor communication its a shame as there are several items i wanted and added to my basket but if im gonna spend upwards of £2k then you at least want to be able to contact the company and have trust in them and this is lacking with these guys.

Avoid avoid and thrice avoid...Unfortunately they sent the wrong item. They insisted it was the right item. I ordered a set of 11 tent poles, but a 9 pole set was sent. I returned item at my own cost as per Camping online's instructiins. Never received a refund so I lost out on item plus postage. I contacted numerous times when I did get a response it was terse and unhelpful, telling me that I am in the wrong when it is not the case. So they have in essesnce stolen off me. Avoid at all costs. NB, I have a screen shot of proof and I have a lovely photo of proof of delivery of item on floor next to a gentleman sat in a black outdoor chair with a light blue T shirt on and a light cap, which unfortunately I can't copy and paste into this review...
