I went to Sec in February and spoke to salesperson and I gave him the height of my autotrail f60 with side wind out awning, and enquired if the palma 260 would fit.
He advised yes, so after his advice I purchased one and had to wait till the end march for the awning the back legs didn’t arrive till the end of April, so when I first tried it i discovered it is to small in height, sales team were amazing, but they got this one wrong, I am out of the 30 day return window and plus I only tried this on 1st May, as it’s to short it leaves gaps at each side of Motorhome and is to small at van to peg in sides so it leaves gaps
There team got this wrong for me.

First of all my new tent has just arrived from PJ Outdoors and I absolutely love it. Yes there was some confusion in the order. This is a brand new for 2026 tent and 1-2 day delivery was offered in the checkout. Little did I know at the time that PJ Outdoors were waiting for stock from Kampa. That said the staff when I have enquired about the tent and its delivery have been extremely helpful.

Great service and advice, much better than blindly buying on the web and competitive pricing.

Bought 2 folding chairs from their tent show in Hare Hatch on a Saturday. We needed the chairs by the following Tuesday and they were delivered, as promised. Excellent service. Chairs very comfortable too.

They are very good at keeping you informed until your item arrives. If there are delays again you are informed. The item is always well packaged & I have never had a bad delivery.

good price and quick delivery

Hard to be positive when we are still waiting for items we paid for at the NEC show in February with you - yet it's now June. Having to chase for updates - very little information back with vague details on delivery and/or no ability to arrange a convenient date to be in for delivery. We spent alot of money with you - not good service at all.

I attended your display at hatch end, the lady was very attentive. As an inexperienced older camper I found her advice very supportive.

Awning was just what we were looking for and at a reasonable price. Purchased at NEC show. Took slightly longer to arrive than expected but well worth the wait.

Awning didn't fit as I had wanted, PJ exchanged for awning that fitted. There no quibble collected wrong one and delivered next day new awning. Excellent service, thank you.

A 3 month delivery schedule is too much and no communication until I sent emails asking where it was.
I have again sent an email today to request that the warranty period starts on delivery date not order date or 3 month warranty is lost.
As a customer this should have been automatic and not up to me to chase.

Fantastic customer service. Went in recently to get kitted out for a festival and can't praise Jordon and Mike enough. I'm not much of a camper, and they took me through everything I'd need with patience and expertise. Highly recommend.

Good company to deal with on the whole. However, they need to communicate better with the customer to advise of delays in delivery for whatever reason, even if it not their fault.

Purchased in February, delays with delivery with little communication until chased

Ordered windbreak at Caravan show NEC 2025. We was promised Faithfull we would recive it by the start of April, but the date was repeatedly put back. I informed it would be may now 4 weeks later, I informed the company we would be away on holiday but would be back by the 9th of May so could they forward it to me after that date. While in Cyprus on the 5th of May I received a email from DPD informing me it would be delivered on the 6th and that it could not be rescheduled. PJ Outdoors informed me that if I could not arrange with a neighbour to take it, bearing I'm in another country I may be left out side my front door.
Not a vert professional company to deal with.

Very disappointed the item I ordered was supposed to arrive end of March then got told another 3 weeks I phoned customer care who said it had came in and should be with us by the end of April
I phoned on Tuesday 6th may to cancel my order and left a message but noone got back
Amazing I have an Email from you today to say it is being delivered .

We had to exchange the awning we purchased as we ordered a low instead of a mid, PJ arranged the uplift and we paid the difference and the replacement turned up by DPD, great service and knowledgeable people to help you

Delay in delivery for 10 weeks. I understand this was because of supply chain issues but feel the vendor has a responsibility to keep customer informed without prompting for information

tent was bought at the caravan show , the delivery time was accurate . Item was easy to put up and there were no problems

An order placed had a lead time of the end of March, this was fine. I then chased when it got to April and was told it was in the warehouse waiting to be dispatched. Another week later i queried this and was told the manufacturer had delays in production... clearly it was not in their warehouse.
Order placed elsewhere and was delivered next day.. bad customer communication here!
