Do not know if this company is legit. Tried numerous times to phone used various numbers left messages and never received a reply. Ordered product from tow sure and recruit within 2 days.

Everything was easy to do enjoyed the experience will try out at weekend

I've been emailing the company all week for a returns note to return a flimsy sun canopy that isn't fit for purpose but no-one will get back to me. I'm now chasing a refund via my bank but it wasn't cheap and I need to return it. Be very careful if you want to return anything and check the reviews of the products before you buy because what we were sent is a joke

Finally after leaving this review I received a very rude email from a Kevin Blake stating that I should just return to the address on the website. He refused to supply details of how to return or the return address which I finally discovered how to do so for myself. I then received another rude email stating I’d had the canopy for over a month which is untrue. I ordered on 04/07/26 and it took about 10 days to arrive. I then started emailing the company for a returns note on 02/08/26 as per the terms on their website but received no response until I left a bad review. I was unaware of staff holidays as this was not mentioned on the website. I stand by my review and am very doubtful that I will receive a full refund. This person’s needs to learn some basic customer service skills

Appalling customer service!
Their website states delivery would be 24 hours after order if ordered before 2pm. I ordered late on Monday so I expected it to be delivered on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went with no delivery info. I contacted camping online and got a shirty response with zero grammar or punctuation stating that it will be delivered soon, no reason why it wasn’t sent when it should have been. Thursday then came and there was some kind of error with Royal Mail as they ‘couldn’t deliver’. I emailed camping online and received another shirty reply with no apology or offer to find out what is going on. Friday morning came and it finally arrived, 4.5 days after ordering. I specifically ordered from them as they had a quick delivery time - it is not!!!! Apparently they have a lot of orders during the weekend so they prioritise those first, which means even though they say 24 hours, this does not happen. The worst thing though was the rude reply, lack of proper English and zero apology or following up. Customer service is definitely not their forte!

Bought a split air con machine delivery quick but that's where the positive stops ... It was advertised as new . It is far from . Multiple parts missing dirty and damaged. Seller says it was new .. you can't phone them up there is no answer wish I had read reviews before purchasing

Initial contact by phone was answered almost immediately,very helpful, friendly sales person(Rebecca).I placed my order on line for 2 sunloungers fully expecting a 2/3 day delivery. The cairs arrive within 18 hrs of ordering, Parcel Force 24.

Service was good, item was great quality the only issue we had was with the delivery company used ,what was supposed to be next day delivery ended up being nearly a week , the seller offered a refund but we wanted the item so tried to chase it with the delivery company to no avail but then the seller was able to give us info to sort it.

My bike rack cover only fits one bike out of two. Should cover 2/3 bikes?

After a long email session going back and forth and reading there website about the company I’ve decided to look elsewhere as they have not got a clue about any of the products they are selling just received a very aggressive phone call from a person called Kevin and swearing and calling me all names you would not believe

Ordered a Whale 80 submersible pump yesterday and it was delivered today . Absolutely brilliant service and will now be my go to company for anything I need . If I could give more than five stars I would.

Ordered Air Con on Sunday. They took my money(over £400 in my case) got email saying order was being processed. Nothing about when it would be delivered. Today is the third day I am trying to contact them without success. I have rang them over 50 times in the past few days. No answer, just goes to answer machine. I have left messages, but heard nothing back. I do not understand how they get good ratings on here when you can't even get to speak to them. Disgraceful.

We purchased an air awning which had a fault on the first inflation. The companies immediate response was that it is not their responsibility but to contact the manufacturer direct. This lead us to all sorts of other issues but the awning was eventually returned. This company then stated the awning had been misused and damaged by us, they then offered us half the purchase price as a refund. They were unable to provide proof of this damage. Fortunately for us we purchased through eBay and they gave us a full refund. I would avoid this company at all costs as if you do have a problem I fear that you will have issues due to this attitude of deferring to the manufacturer.
