AVOID!!!If I could give no stars I would!!!
I ordered £465 tent, they took money, no communication, no delivery, after 2 weeks, I had to chase them - no telephone number!! No email response, finally got through on chat, informed of a short delay from their suppliers, another week later - no communication and same scenario.
I had no choice but to cancel order, I only hope I get my refund. Now I have to buy another tent and only a few days to find one before my camping trip. If I had known I would have used another company 🤦🏻

I ordered two replacement shelves for my Thetford fridge. Delivery was great and both shelves arrived in good time. Unfortunately one of the shelves is not the item I ordered. I have emailed three times and still waiting for a response.

The whole process took a few days it was a great price with a little extra free (footprint) kept me informed when posted would buy and recommend

Ordered some Fiamma brackets , looked at the delivery and thought I would have them in time , soon as order I got confirmation then the next day they said Evri had them and I got confirmation from Evri never ever turned up and when I contacted uk camping they said they have contacted Evri and they had a problem and they will be out soon days past still nothing so contact everyone again and Evri said uk camping never handed them over , all very strange then Uk camping also said Evri never received them and said they will refund but takes five days then never even processed the refund and now I have another email saying they have now processed the refund and now it will be ten days , so now I can’t afford to order with a good company until I receive my money and the last holiday has now past , terrible company and someone somewhere is telling fibs maybe to keep your money as long as possible to juggle the books very worrying
