I am very pleased with my new Solo preamp, it’s just what I needed to elevate the sound. I have used it with my audio technika. LP120 to bypass its weak internal preamp. Now I can hear everything I have been missing. It’s great and I am now listening to all my records again and am able to hear every little detail. Superb. Thank you for a super fast delivery and excellent secure packaging.

Excellent product and such good value, I have steadily been upgrading over the years and never disappointed eg. just had the cd player axc35 paired with cxa80 and its just amazing.
A while back, I had the speakers bi- wired but I had placed the connections back to front in the amp the 640c at the time, noticed when I changed the shelf unit, such an idiot as I thought the sound was ok !!! placed correctly and it was transformed to what it should have been with no problem at all, it other words the cambridge amp was wrongly set up by me to begin with, then works perfectly despite this mistake, hope that all makes sense.

Got some fantastic help from Ronnie and the support team when I noticed my P100 had cracks in the plastic casing. One of few companies showing that they truly care about their customers!

I bought a pair of the A100, the sound quality and noise cancelling are very good. The support team and were a great help when I lost the charging case, would recommend highly on both counts.

Ordered a pair of Melomania P100 SE headphones and really pleased with the quality of the sound and the build. The fact they also have a replaceable battery is great from an environmental perspective.

Brilliant product

The sound quality is exceptional! I’ve owned Sony, Bose, and Skullcandy headphones before, but these sound even better. The bass is just right. You can crank it up, but it can actually be too much that way—so if anyone is hesitating because they think the bass might be weak, don’t worry, there’s plenty of it.The noise cancellation isn’t quite on Sony's level, but it’s perfect for me. There’s room for improvement, but it does the job. Comfort-wise, it’s a solid five stars. As for the build quality, that’s the best part: it’s not that flimsy, creaky plastic. This is where Sony fails; a product can be amazing, but it’s no use if the material snaps.It’s not for running, though—not a sports headset. If it moves on your head, you can definitely hear it. While walking, this isn't an issue. For audiophiles, it’s a fantastic buy with great sound, though I didn't expect anything less from this manufacturer.

Fast and correct

I’m on my third pair of Cambridge Audio earbuds and I’m not sure I’d ever buy another brand now. My first pair (Melomania) were replaced due to an issue with the case. CA customer services acted swiftly and without hesitation. I received an email re an offer on the A100’s so I decided to upgrade. For the price neither model can be beaten but the A100s are excellent. A much snugger fit and sound quality to rival the Apple pro buds. Such clarity and definition. My previous pair had started to lose charge a little more rapidly but I’d had them 2/3yrs. I’d hope the charge on this pair holds up a little longer but other than that, no complaints.

Good product, fast delivery, awful support.

Ordered some speakers, but didn't work in my room so asked to return.

20/04 - requested RMA
21/04 - support bot provided labels to return
23/04 - returned via cambridge audio courier
24/04 - arrived at cambridge audio ( confirmed on courier website app)

28/04 - message from the support bot, saying I haven't sent the parcel yet and do I still want to return. This is for a parcel though CA's chosen courier, that they have the tracking details for.

28/04 - sent message stating it had been delivered and attached screenshot of confirmation

29/04 - no response- currently 7 hours outside of reply due time according to the CA website

I would try the chat, but its never online. I would try to phone, but you can't.
My last hope is that the CA people looking at the trustpilot reviews see this and resolve.

From looking at some of the reviews, it seems this is not an isolated incident.

E' stato facile fare l'ordine e la consegna è stata veloce come dichiarato, sono molto soddisfatto, anche dei prezzi pagati. Avrei apprezzato che anche il telecomando della serie AX fosse in metallo, anche seppure in plastica lavora molto bene.

I lost 1 earbud and these guys were able to sell me a replacement pair for much less than a whole new set and charger would have cost. Friendly and quick to respond - Great stuff.

Asked for a refund and never heard back. Two follow-ups emails later and nothing still. Left a bad taste, won’t bother in future.
