Abysmal communication
My phone stopped responding over Christmas 2025. I first contacted Reboxed on 27 dec. They have had my phone since January and countless messages later, it is still not fixed, replaced or refunded. Can someone please give me a number to call so we can sort this out! Emails are not solving anything. RMA# BMEF9R1N

Great condition phones at a good price, it arrived on time.
However, I had also ordered a phone sim which had delivery issues and took a while to arrive.

Phone ordered and received the next day. Happy with my purchase and phone arrived in the condition as advertised. Would highly recommend getting a phone from Reboxed. This is my second purchase.

I should have read the reviews..
I bought an iphone 14 pro max but I wasn't keen so within a day or two, I requested a return. I returned it via their postage label they provided me. 8 days later, still no refund so I chased this up. We are now onto nearly a month with no refund. It appears as though DPD have actually lost the return and because Reboxed didn't report this potential loss to DPD within 14 days, DPD will not arrange a claim or compensate. So now, Reboxed expect me to foot the bill for THEIR incompetence ?
Crazy customer service/policies to expect the customer to be at a loss for something that the company failed to carry out. The next farce is they expect me to claim on MY insurance to cover the lost parcel despite the issue being between Reboxed and their choice of courier. Incredible. The first and last time I'll ever have to deal with this and a small claims court notice will be issued within the next 14 days if they still refuse to refund me.
If you're reading this and unsure whether to use this company, please take my experience on board before you make a decision. I'm sure they're great when all is well, but clearly when there's an issue, you will be expected to take any hits.

Easy purchase experience, item delivered safely and on time and well boxed with cables. Item exactly as described and a great bargain over a new item. Would definitely use again.
Delivery took forever
Delivery took forever. Tracking didn't work. Wrong case sent. I've been back and forth with support a dozen times and I still dont have what I need

Would never use this company again! Hundreds of £'s down the drain!
Product stopped working. Went online and completed their faulty product process. There was no replacement product in stock, so I had to select refund. Fine. Bought the product elsewhere. Weeks passed due to an email postage label issue, then I finally got a label and sent the faulty product back. No refund was issued. A new product turned up. I didn't need this as I was made to believe I was getting a refund. They absolutely refused to accept any fault for this confusion. Apparently they never issue refunds outside of 30 days. Why let a customer select 'refund' if they're never going to issue one?
Would never use this company again.

Pity about the courier
Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the incompetent performance of the courier (DPD) which made what should have been simple transaction complicated and very frustrating. Not a reflection on Reboxed but I can't say my experiences was 5 star.
Great phone, great price.
