Plush Toy
I am very happy with the plush toy I ordered. It’s perfect and looks exactly like the original. I couldn’t have imagined it would be so beautiful and so similar to the original.

Hi Michal!
Thanks for your review and for letting us re-create your old plush! The faux fur addition made it look so much like the original! We're glad we could make a new version of your beloved plush. 💙
Service was great
Service was great! I got responses almost immediately and we communicated well. They were able to understand my requests and asked questions when they needed to.

Hi Grace!
Your plush of DG looks awesome! It brings a smile to our faces knowing your Budsies experience while we created your persona plush was what you hoped for. We hope your Budsie brings you lots of joy! 💙
Disappointed
Item created was an interpretation of the creation submitted. Returned was a similar face, colors were ok, and fabric was soft. However, the movement of the original is entirely absent from the arms to the legs. Bad form…rather no form at all, strictly stiff & stagnant.

Hi Lynn!
I'm sorry to hear that the outcome of your Budsie wasn't what you hoped for!
Our plushies don't necessarily have the same movement as clay figure character like you submitted, since they're a different material. Our plushies are stuffed well with hypoallergenic polyester to make sure it lasts as long as possible!
We would be more than happy to see how we could find a solution to your questions and give you a great Budsies ending like you hoped for. If you could email us at support@budsies.com, we'd love to talk more from there! 💙
Quality is fantastic
Quality is fantastic! Came out so well. Only small complaint is wish the mustache on the stuffy would have been attached to the stuffy for a little further than it was. But 10/10 recommend. And will be having another drawing come to life through this company. The wait is a little long but bad. Again, quality was so great and well worth the wait.

Hi Jason!
We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with your plush! We checked and it looks like you accepted the Sneak Peek preview that showed the final plushie you ordered! Our support team hasn't yet heard from you, but if you email us at support@budsies.com we'd be happy to see how we can help end your Budsies experience on a high note! 💙
Love my plush but things to note.
My budsie took a long time. I first put in the order in June and I've only just now received him in October. The original estimated shipping date was in August. Bear in mind, I am in Canada, but even still taking 2 extra months to get to me got me rather nervous.
Other thing is, as any other review might tell you for budsies, the finished product is not going to be 100% what you envisioned. They are a bigger company and therefore are more likely going to make some design decisions that you may not have made would you be making it yourself. I went in deciding I'd be okay with this, but also made sure to pay extra for their revision service.
I do love my plush, but the process of getting him brought some anxieties and there are indeed some aspects I would change should I have known about them.

An Delicate Team of Dreamers
It was incredible. The team at Budsies was extremely vocal and curious of my plush to get it right. They wanted to make sure every inch of this plush was down to demand and I couldn't be happier!
I received the package a little late but that wasn't on their part, just the transport company. I have never seen or held craftsmanship as delicately great as this, they took their time to get it right and I think its worth the price for your own creations to come to life! I could tell they were just as excited to have made this, as if their job is like a hobby, I admire that a lot!
To say, my experience was very pleasant and enticing, if I ever have anymore commissions, I know to go to Budsies for those little things in life that make the world feel less chaotic.
I couldn't be happier!
