My order was missing pieces. I sent an email on September 28th explaining the issue. It’s October 3rd and I haven't received a response.

From beginning to end really great. Delivered in timely manner. Ease of putting dollhouse together and it really is such nice quality

They shipped the items in their toy boxes without any sort of protection or anything. Just slapped the label on the outside of the product box. Naturally, they arrived very damaged. Luckily the toys inside weren’t messed up, but they are gifts so it’s not a great look to hand that over. They refunded me the shipping cost of $12 which I appreciate but I won’t be ordering from them again unless they change the way they package and ship their products.

I really liked the quality of the chair I ordered for my granddaughter. The color is great and the chair is perfect for her. She will also be able to use it for a long time. It folds up nicely. I appreciate the washable cover. Well done.

The product arrived . It is wooden with beautiful colors and so realistic. I highly recommend for any toddler. Their imagination will soar!

The product itself is wonderful and fits so nicely.
The amount paid and the shipping was a bit costly. It also didn't help that I found the same thing at Target, made by you, that went on a significant sale right after I purchased it.

I ordered the Iconic Wooden Play Kitchen and was very disappointed to receive what was obviously a used/returned product due to damage. The kitchen came chipped and marked up in multiple areas, with clear markers indicating where the damage was. Customer service didn’t seem to care because, as they explained, the “damage is cosmetic and doesn't compromise the overall structure or safety of the kitchen.” They offered a $15 “partial” refund on a $170 purchase for the cosmetic defects. Don’t waste your money.

A well made product that will last my 2 year old for many more years. We use it in our reading nook for bedtime stories and can open the chair up for nap time!

Wonderful customer service! I needed replacement parts after a move and even with a few hiccups in getting them delivered the customer service rep, Anne, was incredibly responsive and helpful.

I love Tiny Land’s products! They are so well made, so cute, such a great value, and I even enjoy assembling them! It does help to have a power drill, but easy instructions and holes that align. :) We have purchased a kitchen and just recently a dollhouse. Our granddaughter loves playing with them. Definitely promotes imaginative play! And Chris in customer service was so responsive and helpful when I couldn’t find a product on their website. He even followed up to make sure all was well. Tiny Land is my favorite!
