Very Cartoony
They were more cartoony than I wanted. I ordered 6 for my Grandchildren, 5 were "right". The last one was so bad I wouldn't send it. I expressed my concerns and they offered a remake. Hopefully, this time it will be better.

Th experience was easy
Th experience was easy. The waiting was the hard part as my child could not wait to see his creation come to life. We were kept updated through the whole thing. The waiting was worth it, as budsies created a picture perfect copy of my son’s drawing.

Köszönjük a véleményedet! 💙

Hi Alla!
I'm sorry to hear that Ella's Elephant Budsie didn't turn out the way you hoped for! Our designers took the pictures of Ella and used those to make her Budsie as best as they could! We always want everyone to end their Budsies experience on a high note, and we'd be more than happy to see what we can do to help with your Budsie! If you could email us at support@budsies.com, we'd be happy to talk more from there! 💙
Shipped to the Wrong Address
Be warned, if you choose to purchase using PayPal, you will not be asked to input a shipping address, so if you intend to send it to someone else's home (or the address linked to PayPal is old) your order will be shipped to the wrong place. The moment I placed the order online, I noticed the incorrect address and changed it in my account on the Budsies website, which was a full 5 weeks before it shipped. They still shipped it to the incorrect address, saying that account change applies only to future orders and that there was nothing they could do until (IF) the package was returned to them.

Hi Greg!
I'm sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the ordering process through PayPal!
Unfortunately we don't have control over how PayPal's system saves information or addresses. Changing the address on your account through our Budsies website updates your information for all future orders, which we have in our FAQ to help! We saw you're already talking to our team for help, and you can always continue to email us at support@budsies.com for any additional questions! We're looking forward to getting your Budsie home to you. 💙
The service was great
The service was great! They responded at a reasonable time and kept me informed. If I had any questions, they responded. I spent a little more to get a sneak peek. When I had a revision for them, they corrected it. Super easy to work with.

Cute Plushie For An Autistic Adult
I have autism and one thing I love is having plushies for comfort, my partner drew me a picture so I could order my own and it turned out adorable and high quality. Budsies are not just for kids but can be for adults too and I'm super happy with my purchase! (:

Hi Dahlia!
Thanks so much for your kind words! We truly believe creativity knows no age limit, and Budsies are something everyone can enjoy. Knowing how happy your plush has already made you means the world to us! We hope your new Budsie brings you joy for a long time to come. 💙
The service itself was pretty good
The service itself was pretty good. I had communication with the person in charge of my plush, but there were times I had to reach out to ask what the updates were for the designing. They still responded by the next day, but a suggestion is to give an auto response or a small estimate as to when the next process will begin so people aren't left wondering if their plush was forgotten about

Hi Naomi!
We're glad you were happy with our team's overall service throughout the production process! 💙 Our turnaround times are a bit longer than other companies since Budsies are handmade and custom made.
We always want to be as transparent as possible with customers while we make their plushies! We have multiple ways to check orders, including reaching out to our team like you did, or making a Budsies account which shows the exact step your plush is in for each part of the production process anytime! You can always send us any other questions at support@budsies.com. Thanks for your feedback Naomi! 💙

Thanks for your review and kind words! We're glad you love how your Wildboy plushie turned out! 💙
AMAZING!!
AMAZING!!! My son is autistic and spends alot of time drawing his own versions of my singing monsters so for Christmas this year I decided to turn one into a plushie as he is also very fond of plushies. He hasn't received it yet since its not Christmas yet but I am beyond excited and pleased with the result! It is much better than I had hoped! I really enjoyed being kept informed of every step along the way.

Hi Katie!
Your son's singing monster drawing was so much fun for our designers to bring to life! The details of the glass flasks being filled with red Mountain Dew is super cool!

Overall good experience
Easy to submit order. Company was great at communicating through email where our character was in the “building” process. Good quality and workmanship. Kind of pricey… for price paid, should include a “free” preview to allow for any small changes.

Hi Michele!
Thanks for your review! We're happy to hear that the ordering process went smoothly for you! Sonk's plush is super cool!
For our Budsies price, we know it can be a bit higher than other plushies. Our Budsies plushies are all custom made and handmade by talented designers, and each one is created from scratch with a new pattern created each time. Our prices reflect that, along with the high quality materials used to make one-of-a-kind plushies for each customer! 💙
The Sneak Peek upgrade is always optional too! The reason for the Sneak Peek fee is because of the materials and time costs that may incur to adjust the plush to be the best it can be for the customer! We have more details at our FAQ and you can email us at Budsies.com with any additional questions you have! Thanks again Michele! 💙
