Incredible business
I've bought 3 plushies from this company, 2 arrived, with one on the way. Their quality and service has been so incredibly above and beyond every single time, and their customer service is incredible. You can tell they really care about the work they do.

Didn't match description
The budsie seems well made, but unfortunately it didn't match the description my daughter wrote, so instead of being happy to receive it, she's sad because it's not the animal she created. I'm not sure how no one noticed this during the design and creation of the project.

We have used budsies for two other commissioned projects and we have upgraded to get a preview of the design. We added that this time and didn't get it. We got our order and it was not to the same quality as the two previous and we're a bit disappointed.

Don’t commission this company for your stuffed animal!
The plushy was exactly what I didn’t want, it looks creepy and I was told there was an additional cost for embroidered features which I didn’t have a problem to pay extra.. but they proceeded with their own design. The plushy looks far from the image provided. It was a cat, but it looks like a wolf/ fox -Annabelle style with long legs…when it was time to review it I was told I didn’t pay for review prior for shipping. If you are asking so much money, you should allow people to review what they are signing up for. I ended up paying almost 200$ for a creepy ugly looking stuffed animal my child refused to even look at it. I was also out of town and asked the company to ship it for my return instead they just sent it while I wasn’t home and it was sitting on my porch for several days. Worse experience ever. Don’t ask for photos and details if you are going to do your own thing..

Hi Jade!
We're so sorry with you're unhappy with you kiddo's Budsie plushie! Our Sneak Peeks are an optional upgrade that lets you request rounds of changes to the plushie with our designers, and that's where the additional cost is from! We also checked with our team and they unfortunately did not hear from you about holding your order once it arrived to our headquarters. We'd love to see how we can help more and end your Budsies experience on a high note. Could you please email us at support@budsies.com? Our team will be happy to help from there! 💙

I've bought from Budsies several times before, and each time, I was pleased with the results. In this instance, the plushie I received was particularly endearing! I was able to clearly communicate with the designers. I'd love to buy from this company again in the future.

We are so thankful for you and grateful to have made you so many Budsie plushies over the years. We can't wait to see what you come up with next. Thanks so much Lucy! 💙
Why?
The product was beautiful, but I found the price to be too high and it took too long to get here.

The only negative I've got, is that a little more communication would have been nice. Ours was a specialty commission, so it took a while. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

My "Not Mine" Budsie is AMAZING!
My "Not Mine" Budsie is amazing! This is the second stuffie you have made to go along with my children's books. These plush creations are so loved by the children I read my books to in schools, libraries and day cares. I knew you were a great company with the first Budsie you made for me. I have promoted your company with my fellow authors. They are a wonderful addition to any author visit. Thank you!

Hi Rebecca!
We're so glad you love the 3 Budsies for your niece! Her Prickles, Queen Beezy, and Zazu characters are all so adorable and helped our team make great plushies! Thanks for letting us bring her drawings to life! We hope she loves them too, you're such a great Aunt to get them as a gift for her 💙
My kid was disappointed
My kid was disappointed. Most of it looks pretty good, but she wanted the top of its head to look kind of like hair that was slicked back. Instead it was like a tall flat-top mullet that is really long and sits on its back kind of like a cape. This was her second budsie and she was super excited to get it because the first one was done so well, but this one missed the mark. She had a note about the "hair" on this one, but it was disregarded and no one reached out to us to ask any questions. other than the hair, it was spot on. However she was not happy with it at all because of the way the top of its head and its hair looks.

I love my Budsies!
I received my two Budsies, one of my dear imaginary friends with the gentlest heart ever who is a tree with his bushes shaped like the lucky number 70, and my close friend Lynessa who passed away in 2022 at age 33. They both were in excellent condition and I am over the moon! I would order from Budsies again!
