Having viewed a used car on the previous Sunday, we collected it on Wednesday. We were treated with courtesy and the salesman, Dimitrious, was very efficient.

Just wanted to share the positive experience my wife and I had dealing with Josh and Jose at Brayleys in Romford. They were able to show us a great range of used cars and really listened and understood what we were looking for. They were able to find us a great car which was delivered direct to our home. I wanted to change my car, a Honda CRV, and was initially thinking of changing to a Honda HRV. I popped into Brayleys to have a look at an HRV, a salesman, Shay, came over and introduced himself and we had a quick look at a car. We had a chat and a cup of tea about the type of car I wanted and Shay emailed me over an HRV they had for sale. I decided it wasn't quite what I needed and began looking for a different make and model of car altogether. I made enquiries at another dealership but they were unsuccessful in finding my next car. I decided to go back to Honda, this time for a Honda Jazz, I had a quick look at Brayleys website and found just what I was looking for. I phoned Shay straight away and organised a test drive and reserved the car. After the test drive I decided to buy the car, it was just what I wanted and had everything that I was looking for. Shay explained everything about the car perfectly to me and was very friendly and polite. I had a query after buying the car and he came back to me straight away. I have driven Honda cars for some years now and find them very reliable and the customer service from sales to service personnel is very good.
I would definitely recommend Brayleys.

I arrrived on time for pre-booked annual service at Brayley Romford. I was greeted by Lisa who took the keys and invited me to wait in the waiting area and have a coffee. The service was completed in short order and car washed and vacuumed.

I just bought a used bike (2025 Forza 750) from Brayley and it was easily one of my best vehicle buying experiences. From the start there was no pressure, only good solid advice from Jason- a dyed in the wool fellow biker who really knows his stuff and helped me through the entire process. So, would I buy from Brayley again? 100% yes!

Had my car serviced. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice clean waiting area with comfortable seats, wide screen tv and coffee machine.

I bought my Honda from Brayleys in Romford and have a service plan with them. They serviced my car while I waited, there's a comfortable waiting area with free hot drinks. I've always found the people at the Romford location to be polite, friendly & efficient. They even washed and cleaned my car inside & out!
