I had just bought car and the MOT was expiring and I had been given best service and looked into my car as well.
Job was done perfectly

I tried to call the service department on numerous occasions -was left on hold for a considerable length of time -after I did manage to get through the call was cut off-this was very frustrating. I had the car booked in for annual service and I always get to Honda for 8am -I requested the car be ready for 2.00pm as I needed it for an appointment-this could not be guaranteed but I was advised that 2pm was written on the worksheet and I would receive a call-no one called me so once again I tried to call but again my call was unanswered. I went to Honda at 3pm to be told my car was only just being serviced. Having taken my car in for 8.00am I find this unacceptable.I was told that it was ‘extremely busy’-I was left at the desk and was told that somebody would come and speak with me-nobody came to speak with me and after a considerable length of time I asked what was going on-eventually I was told my car would be ready soon.in all the years I have been having my car serviced here with no problems whatsoever,this has to be the worst customer service I have encountered here.Very disappointed.

Staff were very good said service would be 2 hours it was 1hour 50 minutes so very timely and gave me a video of the cars visual inspection so all very good

I was really disappointed at the service from Honda Romford. I booked for my car to be taken in at 8 o’clock when I booked on from the contact centre. I told them my sensor is not working and the time on my navigator is wrong if they could correct it when I got there a man pushed in before me I couldn’t challenge him but I told the lazy call Lisa she just ignored it because I could’ve been the second person to be seen but I was the third person when I ask why my car is not gone and they said I booked for an all day service which was not the case because I saw the email that says 8 o’clock and not in else the man that pushed before me left at 10:27 my car is not gone in till 1045 although I spoke to the manager and he said he’s going to compensate me on the service I think for the MOT he took away 10% but that’s not the point because I was there till about 3 o’clock missing half a day of work went I’ve always requested that I wait for my car. I have requested for the recordings to be produced when I got my car back, it was not washed. The sensor was not discussed on the time was still wrong. I have never seen a poor service like this before and I’m disappointed.

A pleasant experience. The car service was carried out on time and my questions were answered satisfactorily.

Bought a second hand bike from another garage and brought it in without having to wait for a slot in a fortnight to get checked over, serviced and some bits fitted, shown how to adjust chain and play with tech, all good

The staff are very good and honest about your vehicle, I was disappointed that Brayleys no longer give your car a quick clean after MOT and service anymore, something so small went along way with customer care now it’s been taken away it felt like an ordinary garage. My Civic had a health check which showed a small leak at rear of suspension, the car is not that old to have something like this, however I was extremely grateful for there honesty.

Fantastic experience buying a Honda NC750X from Brayleys, Jason being one of the easiest salespeople I've ever dealt with. Quick and responsive over emails, agreed a reasonable trade in price on the bike and offered a good deal on the new bike. Adding accessories for fitment prior to collection was easy. Finally, they even worked to book in the running in service on fairly short notice for a trip planned not long after I acquired the bike. Top notch experience and no reason to suspect this won't continue in future.

This is a 1 star review for Brayley but 5 for Peter. I booked an MOT for my bike with Peter at the beginning of June for 4th August as I knew it ran out on the 2nd August but I was away with my bike on a trailer behind my motorhome in Europe for 5 weeks returning to the UK on 3rd August, meaning I could not MOT it early unless I wanted to lose the anniversary. As the bike was on a trailer after the MOT ran out, it was not an issue as I had one booked for my first full day back in the UK. A week before my MOT I receive a very apologetic email from Peter to say they had to cancel my MOT as the tester had taken a week off at short notice. The earliest Peter could fit me in when I wasn't at work was now the 11th. So now I have no bike for a week. I cannot believe that a Honda main dealer has only 1 tester meaning they cannot cover leave. Peter has always tested my bike in the past so I am unsure why he was not able to do it. Not happy with this service so I will probably look elsewhere for an MOT now.

It was my first visit , but I must say it was very pleasant the young lady that booked my bike in for an MOT was very polite and professional i felt at ease as soon as she asked me to take a seat. Then I was told to help myself to coffee or tea. Then when the mechanic brought my keys back he was such a lovely gent and complement how clean my bike was ,we had a little chat about bikes etc. It was a pleasure to vist and I will be bringing my second bike here too thank you .

My Mazda CX30 was serviced at Brayleys in Grays, Essex. Reasonable availability of parking which was a good start. The service reception was pleasant and the car was ready in 90 minutes while I had a coffee in the customer waiting area. The coffee wasn’t brilliant but hey, you can’t have everything!

I recently purchased an approved used Honda Civic, and the entire experience was fantastic. My sales executive, Demetrios, was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Even though I was buying the car from 140 miles away, he made the remote sale and delivery process completely seamless and kept me fully updated.

I also have to give a massive thank you to the delivery driver! He had an incredibly long journey up to the Midlands on a boiling hot day and still delivered the car with a smile. The handover at my home address was totally stress-free, and he was absolutely brilliant before having to drive my part-exchange all the way back.

Was made to feel welcomed and had a very pleasant talk with Jason. He made the whole experience effortlessly and answered all questions with ease and so knowledgeable. Even when it comes to pick up day we was early by a little bit and the bike was still already and prepared to go. We had a coffee and a quick chat while the paperwork was all being finished, we would happily go back in the future.

No welcome smile, advised that cars are no longer cleaned after servicing; this is disappointing.

Was expecting a call to discuss what was needed (if anything) but only received a short video with some mumbled recommendations.

Hire car was fine but still adds to the cost.

Seems it’s going to become a Hyundai and a Honda garage as the show room is being split.

Having bought many Honda cars from the site one didn’t feel like a valued customer.
