Very long wait for acknowledgement once walking through the door. Stood waiting around, only nicest colleague is a young chap wearing glasses who works on service reception. Really professional unlike his colleagues.if he is around and get quickly acknowledged. Otherwise kept waiting feeling uncomfortable.
Very unhappy about not cleaning cars after service due to your new policy.
Next year will take my custom else where.

The staff I spoke to are very good, unfortunately the service is not as good as it has been in the past, new system and more confusion, I received a video of the vehicle being inspected and condition of tyres breaks and filters. then a cost for this work, even though I know the brakes are still in the limit to pass the MOT.
I tried to contact Brayleys several times with no answer. when I was called to be told the vehicle was ready, I was informed that the video was just for information, its all part of the new system. The workforce are good the system needs to be looked into.

The basic work that was to be carried out was explained along with another discussion regarding extra work that I requested.
I was disappointed that the car had not been cleaned whereas in past years this had always been carried out after a service.

Excellent service as usual, staff friendly and helpful. I have always known Brayleys Honda in Bushey to give excellent customer service.

I had to wait one and three quarter hours to have four tyres changed. This job can be done in 30 minutes, one hour at most. I enquired after an hour but no effort was made to find out progress.

Responsive and friendly service

On my arrival to hand my car to the service manager, I was courteously welcomed. As he was expecting me he then took my details.

I attempted to make an appointment for a service and MOT at both Honda Enfield and Honda Bushey heath via the telephone. My experience was not very good. Please see below:

Monday 5th January - made several attempts to contact either branch between 12:00 and 14:00. Nobody picks up. I gave up and resolved to try the next day.

Tuesday 6th January a.m - again, multiple attempts to call between the hours of 08:00 and 10:00. On one occasion left phone connected for 12 minutes. Still nobody picked up.

Tuesday 6th January p.m - I need the MOT for 31st Jan, so I had to go to the dealership in person. I successfully booked a slot for the following week.

The lady at the desk was chatting with a colleague and I felt did not fully engage with me. I think things are slipping at Brayleys. I did not feel like a valued customer.

Again, when I came to pick up the car, the same lady was disengaged, more interested in talking to others than talking to me. Admittedly, I am a balding, senior citizen but I am still a customer and I am still paying for your (collective and metaphorical) lunch.

Its tough working with the public, and its hard to give excellent customer service at all times. I know, because I have been there.

I always loved the high quality of the customer service at Brayleys but I was not feeling it this time. People are getting a bit jaded and appear to be just going through the motions. They know well how they should behave, they probably need a rest or a change of position for a while.

Please check thet your phones lines get answered. I am sure a lot of people want to book valuable work through your phone lines.

The holidays are over now and you should be keen for business. The phone should be answered, where possible, by a human within three rings.

Al helpful and polite agents

The service reception staff are polite informative and do not pressure you in any way to gave work done if it is not totally necessary. The service was done in a perfect manor. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Efficient and good service always always given

The service and MOT was carried out as promised and service reception staff were friendly and professional.

Brayley’s picked my CRV in the early morning it was returned to the same day in the afternoon after a full service and MOT. I was kept fully informed of the process by phone, the car is in excellent condition and running well. I bought this car from Crown Honda and have used them and now Brayleys for it and my wife’s car ever since and have always received and always received excellent service.

Great customer service. I had my car serviced whilst I waited. I was there for 2 hours and I was able to work whilst I waited.

Booked service 4 weeks in advance, based on waiting for car to be serviced rather than paying for a courtesy car. Dropped car in at 830am and picked it up at 1pm. Good service from Brayley Honda this time around who took over the branch of Crown Honda Bushey which provided a very personalised service.
