What can be said about taking a car in for its annual service? We take it on trust that all that should be done is done. That trust is built on personal relationships and experiences. The customer facing staff lead the way in their manner and attitude. At this Honda dealership that experience is first class. It follows that the service is also of the same high standard. A big vote of confidence goes to all their staff simply based on that pleasant personal relationship. One minor complaint - they previously but no longer carry out a valeting service. Is this really how a customer wants to remember otherwise excellent service? Isn't it the small touches that set the lasting memories? Bring back that final touch that uplifts the service from one of excellence to one of grandeur. We may even agree to make a donation to the firm's nominated charities!

The service side was very good but what happened to the CAR WASH.

Required a service and Mot. The service team kept me updated on the progress and both were done in a timely manner. However, it was disappointing that they do not provide the car cleaning service anymore.

Easy to book my car in for the service and it’s first MOT. Received a phone call from the mechanic doing the work to let me know how things were (all ok) and when the car would be available for collection. I later received a video of him doing various checks which I found interesting to watch. Collected the car at the time given to me, all in all a very good experience with this company.

My car was collected and driven to Bushy for service and MOT. I was contacted about two issues, agreed for them to be fixed and the car was returned later.

Our service manager was very helpful and experienced. My only complaint is that the car does not get cleaned anymore after servicing.
