I had a query on my order , I used a code to receive a free gift which was not delivered. BP team responded quickly and advised this was an error with an apology and that the gift is on its way.

Things happen and mistakes are made , what matters is how it is handled and Ann from the BP team I was so professional and shows what good customer service is!

My first time to order items arrived Wednesday morning ,missing item along with the palette being smashed the girl I was dealing with Ann was lovely I sent her pictures my order number and today Thursday missing items and smashed items were sent and arrived perfect so thanks so much Ann

I had an issues with a damaged item, sent an email straight away not expecting a reply for at least a week. Robyn came back to me within the hour assuring a new item would be sent. Fantastic customer service and a big thank you to Robyn! 😊

The app is amazing, updates you when the order was received and when it was sent out. My palette was damaged in transit and I emailed customer service and they had replied within 5 minutes with a new palette on the way. The customer service was excellent and Robyn was so lovely to deal with.

Out of 10, I give this 8, it is a top performer, makes my middle aged skin glow! Without streaks or patches, the price is good! Its not expensive, but gives expensive vibes..my No.9 is Bali Body, but really 8&9 are very similar....my no.1 performer is Loving Tan which is outstanding!!+ but comes with q hefty price tag....Bperfect and Bali Body are definitley the best budget tans for sure.

Excellent response from customer service.
I received my order of Skin Tint promptly from BPerfect. Unfortunately, the tube seemed to be just half full....on pressing the tube to release some product onto my brush, the tube was almost flat by the time any product appeared. I emailed customer service and my complaint was resolved quickly by Deborah, much to my satisfaction and appreciation. A satisfied customer.

Awful company

I have no stores close to my home so used a guide online to try match my skin tone online. I ordered foundation and with the packaging it needs unsealed to be able to see the colour, I did not use the foundation and the bottle shows this, I contacted bperfect to ask can i return as it was expensive and I just need a lighter colour, they responded with a very cheeky customer service member to say they cant help me, not even offering to let me return to prove the make up hasn't been used/touched, how is anyone supposed to match their skin to foundation if they dont do proper matching or let you return unused products? awful service, awful customer service, will not use again and would advise no one else to.

Ordered from a tik tok live and when my order was delivered I noticed an item was missing. Once I contacted their customer service, it was no hassle at all I had the missing item delivered the following day. Thanks again
