I had e-mailed customer service querying why I had received a refund (thinking my order was cancelled). I got a reply from the lovely Ann in customer service to say I was refunded the money as I had been picked as one of their winners & got my products for FREE. Ann was so prompt with the reply & i'm delighted with my skin care products. I always buy from BPERFECT & would recommend them to anyone. Thank you

Had an issue with my parcel as I didn’t put on my house number I emailed and Ann responded so promptly and got me sorted .Great communication keeping me in the loop.Overall excellent customer service .Thankyou Ann for helping me get sorted .

I had an issue with my order, and it had to be shipped back to the warehouse. However, I never felt concerned that I wouldn’t receive it because I was able to contact the support team and received a quick response.
I was kept updated throughout the process, which made me feel much more at ease knowing what was happening with my order and that it would be sent back out to me. The communication and support I received were excellent, and I really appreciated the regular updates.

Molly was amazing! She talked me through the process, I gave her full reign for what she did for me, this was makeup and hair for my wedding day and she done me proud. Excellent customer service, products chosen were tailored to my skin type and colouring. I will defo be returning, Thank you again Molly you made my day.

I had a lovely makeup experience on Saturday with Sophie at Braehead BPerfect. I was very pleased with my look and the fact that you can redeem the cost against the products made it even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Sophie.

I had an issue with a make up brush loosing bristles. I contacted customer service and dealt with Deborah. She dealt with this issue very promptly and replaced the brush. She was extremely helpful to deal with. Excellent service

I had a small issue with my order. I emailed my concerns and I got a very quick response from customer services. My issue was resolved within a very short period of time.

Excellent foundation and eyebrow pencil.
Eye shadows are a nice texture and long lasting. Orders arrive quickly and nice packaging.

After ordering make up brushes I gave it over one week and they didn't arrive. I emailed customer care and Robyn put this right. She made sure I gad a new delivery of brushes which promptly arrived today. Great customer care Robyn

I surprised by 8 year old on her birthday with an immersive hair and make up experience (at the Glasgow Fort store) and she had the best time! The ladies were so kind and made it a lovely, friendly experience not just for her, but even for her little sister who popped in briefly too, and me standing around with her. So easy to chat to and ask questions about, they made my daughter so happy. They also did a wonderful job with her make up and hair, she looked gorgeous and herself. Thank you so much.

I love Bperfect and have finally found a tan and make up that works really well on me. My recent order had a broken gradual tan butter bottle in it and I just contacted the team to let them know that there might be a batch of bottles that’d become broken. Ann has very kindly arranged a replacement of the broken bottle for me ☺️

By mistake a wrong eyeliner was sent. The reply was so fast and Robyn was so nice and had a new one shipped out to me. I didn’t even need to send the wrong one back. Pleasure to deal with. Products 5 star as always.
