I had an issue with my parcel.. nothing to do with bperfect just a rough delivery.. Deborah dealt with my issue quickly and effectively. I’m happy with service top class.

I had a concern with a product and Ann from customer services was very prompt efficient and polite in helping me to resolve the issue.

First time in BPerfect last night (Glasgow, Braehead)
Found this store an inviting, chilled space with space to look around. No one pressuring me and I had time to look at the products I have seen many times online and wanted to see in real life.
I came away buying a Chrome foundation, mascara, and blusher due mainly to the friendliness and helpfulness of Jenna S.
I didn’t feel bombarded or intimated actually the complete opposite.
Used the products she helped me
Select today for work, and I have had 4 comments asking what different about me.
I now want it all, and I am rarely like that with a brand.
I’m a 49 year old woman who has always struggled finding products that work well for my skin and I have found it.

I have been intrigued by your products but would never buy online, I want to feel and see the product.

I stupidly didn't put my full address on my order so my delivery had to he sent back . But Deborah who I dealt with was very professional. And sorted it has arranged to resend it out to me also at no extra cost even tho it was my mistake. She was also very quick at replying to my emails. A pleasure to deal with . Great service love there stuff

Item came damaged, the team (specifically Deborah) were very quick to solve the issue were understanding and extremely apologetic. I am a frequent customer and this is the first time i have had a problem with a product but i am glad the team were so helpful.

Placed my first order and forgot to add the welcome code.
I emailled customer services and Ann got back to very quickly and kindly added the code and issued me a refund for the difference.
First class service :-)

Ordered some new products, item was missing so I emailed about it. The response was so quick and I got the item posted out quickly along with a freebie! Excellent customer service and will definitely continue to buy their wonderful products in the future

Had a small problem with broken lids on fake tan sprays. As they were gifts I was slightly disappointed. Contacted customer services and Robyn responded promptly and courteously to request photos. I forwarded them (when I worked out how to do it!) and was delighted to hear 2 replacements were being sent out. Its a pity more companies didn't have that attitude to help the customers and Robyn was so apologetic and respectful and is a credit to the customer care team.
