Ann in the customer services department is top notch and super quick to resolve my issue. Blown away by how quick and efficient the customer service is. Raised the issue and within 2 minutes Ann had it sorted

I ordered several products from BPerfect but when they arrived one item was missing. I contacted customer services via e-mail and had a reply within 1 hour (maybe less) apologising and saying that the missing item would be sent out immediately. Amazing customer service and fantastic products.

Had an issue with an order that arrived and the issue was resolved by Ann within half an hour or the order being delivered. First class customer service

I received the wrong order in error but straightaway within 5 minutes of sending my email I relieved a reply from the lovely Robyn, who swiftly sorted everything out and very generously let me hold onto the order I received, that’s what I call to class customer service, you are an asset to Bperfect Robyn. Received wrong make up bag and emailed BPerfect last night and had a reply this morning that they will have rectified straight away. I was so impressed with Deborah and her kindness. Thank you so much 🥰

I rarely do a review but today I felt the need to . I called into Abbeycentre store for self tan oil spray, Met a girl and wish I had got her name, she had dark long hair, has a wee boy, an absolute wee stunner, well I went in feeling my age , 60 plus, wasn’t feeling great, well this girl made my day, so helpful, friendly and so pleasant, just wanted to say thank you and let your boss know you are amazing 🤩

I submitted an order to BP and the Town line in the address was not correct although the postcode etc was.
I emailed BP over the Bank holiday weekend to confirm my correct address and Ann sent me an email confirming the address had been updated.
The customer service I received was above and beyond thank you Ann.

Hi I Absolutely Love Bperfect Cosmetics.. and Love ordering from them.. I received A big order this morning and some items were Missing from the box and As Soon as I messaged The Customer Service They Replied immediately and sorted out the problem and have got whatever was missing dispatched within minutes.. I spoke to Deborah and Ann Who Were Very Helpful indeed and the Service I received was Impeccable...

My most favourite makeup ever .the pigmentation is in real and the price is even better.so helpful as well when I needed to change a shade of foundation.love love love
