I really wish I could just get my money…
I really wish I could just get my money back and end this nightmare. I ordered the set months ago. Ir took numerous communications to track it down. They claimed to have the wrong phone number, which is akin to the dog ate my homework. I order several accessories with the order, but even though I paid for assembly, that didn't apply to the accessories. And I'm still waiting to get my equipment. The unit may be fine when I can actually use it, but the journey has not been worth it.

I ordered the SE and preacher curl from your website. Nowhere did your site disclose that Bowflex utilized a third party seller or that the SE was out of stock. Its now almost 2 weeks since I placed the order and now I have been informed the SE is out of stock and it is unknown when the back orders will be filled. The failure to disclose misleads consumers.

Your website changed the billing…
Your website changed the billing address after I fixed it. When I called the customer service representative couldn't transfer me over to the sales department and couldn't fix the problem with the billing address. A hundred percent bad way to do business.

Poor experience in shipping times and customer support
Ordered dumbbells, with expected shipping within 3 weeks. It's now been 8 weeks with zero updates.
Also, my return experience after the previous dumbbells were recalled due to a safety issue was insane. It took over 6 months with several days worth of time with dozens of customer support agents to get my voucher sent.
